Sixteen brave runners from our Carlisle Community ran the local Hampton Court Palace 13.1 miles this March to raise funds for school!School spending per pupil has remained at the same level in real terms since 2010, and costs are estimated to rise by 7% in 2023-2024 (source: IFS Annual Report on Education Spending in England, 2023).

The sponsored run will help provide funding for classroom essentials like scissors, pens, glue sticks, contributing towards school trips and other learning resources and funding larger scale projects like an outdoor classroom, play equipment and renovating the school’s pond area

Thank you for your support - the run has raised over £4000 for our wonderful school! It's not too late - you can still donate using the button below.

What is the CSA?

Our amazing Carlisle School Association (CSA) helps to contribute to the school's fundraising efforts whilst also bringing the School Community together.

As a parent/carer of a child at our school you are automatically a member of the CSA, and we’d love to involve all of you in the events and activities we run. These include things such as our annual Fireworks Display, Christmas Fair and Summer Fair, as well as activities including second hand uniform sales, and parent/carer social events. Each year our funds help to support our children’s activities and resources at school - in 2022-23 we raised over £19,000, some of which was used to create our wonderful new Outdoor Classroom. Previously items such as the school's playground equipment and IT equipment have also been funded through The CSA.

The CSA committee for 2023-34 is made up of the following volunteer parents - so please come and say hello if you spot us around school, or get in touch if you'd like to join us!

Chair - Louise Bloom : Secretary - Emma Goodden : Treasurer - Andy Brooman

Trustees : Emma Waight, Emma Webb & Charlotte Brown

The CSA is more than just this team, and can only achieve fundraising and community activities with the help of all of our school families and members.
