Introduction
My name is Carla and I live in Berlin. I love sports, particularly field hockey and running (track and field). I started playing field hockey around 2018/19 when I joined the Zehlendorfer Wespen hockey club. From 2022 to 2023, I was in the field hockey selection squad (Landeskader) for the state of Berlin in my age group.
From 2023 to 2025, I lived in Dubai in the UAE. During that time, I focused primarily on running, especially distances from 800 m to 5 km. I competed for Ultimate Athletics Dubai and Abu Dhabi Athletics Club, while also being affiliated with Silvesterlauf Trier in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate in Germany. I quickly achieved top results at national level in both the UAE and Germany. I currently hold three youth records in Rhineland-Palatinate and five youth records in Rhineland, and have been listed numerous times among the top 50 entries in the German athletics rankings since 2023. I have achieved more than 15 top three entries and 5 number one entries to date. These achievements have led to my selection for the athletics squad (Landeskader) of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate for my club, Silvesterlauf Trier. After returning to Germany in autumn 2025, I focused more on field hockey again, and in January 2026, I became a member of the field hockey selection squad (Landeskader) of the state of Berlin once more.
