I am an Impact Evaluation Officer/Postdoctoral Fellow in the Development Impact (DIME) Department at the World Bank Group. My research interests focus on Labor Economics, Urban and Rural Infrastructure, Health, and Policy Evaluation, primarily in developing economies, but also in advanced economies. I graduated with a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the Schar School at George Mason University and a Master of Development Policy from the Korea Development Institute (KDI) School of Public Policy and Management.
