Go to: https://www.carelon.com/providers
Click on "Sign In"
You’ll find the Sign In button at the top right corner of the page.
Enter Your Credentials
Provide your username and password, then click Login.
Access Dashboard
Once signed in, you can access tools for claims, authorizations, eligibility verification, and more.
Visit the Registration Page
Navigate to the same portal: https://www.carelon.com/providers
Then click “Register” next to the Sign In option.
Select Provider Type
Choose the appropriate role (e.g., medical provider, behavioral health provider, etc.).
Fill in Required Information
Complete the form with your NPI, Tax ID, contact info, and other required details.
Create a Username and Password
