locally on your device only, using
Android SharedPreferences. This data
never leaves your device and is never
accessible to us:
Career Profile Data:
- Job title
- Years of experience
- Education level
- Top skills selected
- Target country
Career Score & History:
- Your calculated Career Score (0-100)
- Score history log with dates
- Score label (e.g. "High Performer")
Plan & Progress Data:
- 90-day career plan progress
- Job search checklist completion status
- Plan start date
Daily Engagement Data:
- Today's mission completion status
- Daily streak count
- Last app open date
App Preferences:
- Onboarding completion status
- Whether score reveal has been seen
- Whether interview questions
have been unlocked
All of the above data is stored only
on your device. It is never transmitted
to our servers. We never see it,
access it, or store it anywhere
outside your device.

2. ADVERTISING — GOOGLE ADMOB

Career DNA uses Google AdMob to display
advertisements. AdMob may collect and use
certain information to serve personalized
or non-personalized ads. This data is
collected by Google, not by us directly.
It may include:
- Device advertising ID (GAID on Android)
- IP address (used to estimate general
location for ad targeting)
- Device information (model, OS version)
- App usage data and interaction with ads
- Crash logs and diagnostic information
Career DNA displays the following
ad formats:
- Banner ads (displayed on Home screen)
- Interstitial ads (displayed on score
reveal — shown once per session)
- Rewarded ads (optional — watch to
unlock interview questions, salary
negotiation scripts, LinkedIn optimizer,
and resume bullet builder)
Rewarded ads are always optional.
You are never required to watch
an ad to use the core features
of the app.

3. SHARE FEATURE

Career DNA includes optional share
features on multiple screens:
- Career Score card (PNG image)
- 90-Day Career Plan (text summary)
- App referral share
When you tap Share:
- The app generates a score card image
or text summary containing only your
career score, job title, and badge
- This is passed to your Android
operating system's built-in Share Sheet
- You choose which app to share with
(LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
We do NOT:
- Collect any data through this feature
- Access your contacts
- Know which app you chose to share with
- Store or transmit any information
as a result of sharing
The share feature is entirely optional.
The entire process is handled by your
device's OS and the app you share to
— not by us.

...is generated entirely on your device
using offline algorithms and hardcoded
data. No data is sent to external servers
or AI services to generate these results.
Everything is computed locally and
instantly on your device.
Salary figures are estimates based on
publicly available market data compiled
at the time of app development. They are
for informational and educational purposes
only and should not be relied upon as
professional financial or career advice.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Career DNA is designed for working
professionals and job seekers aged
18 and above. The app is not directed
at children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13.
Advertising in our App is provided by
Google AdMob, configured to not use
personalized advertising features
directed at children.
If you believe a child under 13 has
provided personal information through
our App, please contact us at

Advertising data shared with

All ad data transmitted by AdMob
is encrypted in transit.
Local SharedPreferences data
is stored on device only.
Data deletion:
All local data deleted by
uninstalling the app or using
"Reset Profile" in Settings

8. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA

Career DNA stores all data locally
on your device only. To delete
all your data:
Option 1 — In App:
Open Career DNA → Profile tab →
Settings → Reset Profile → Confirm
This deletes:
• Your career profile
• Score history
• Checklist progress
• Streak data
• All locally stored app data
Option 2 — Uninstall:
Uninstalling the app permanently
deletes all locally stored data
from your device.
For data collected by Google AdMob:
Visit https://myaccount.google.com/
data-and-privacy to manage your
Google advertising data.
