Melakukan control terhadap pembuatan sales invoicing secara benar
Melakukan control penagihan terhadap sales invoicing yang sudah dikirimkan kepada customers
Membuat planning atas target collection secara periodik sesuai dengan ketentuan yang akan dibicarakan dengan Tim Finance
Monitoring dan melaksanakan rekonsiliasi piutang /saldo bank ,
Mengelola kinerja team Collection yang relevan dalam indikator kinerja yang ditetapkan.
Membantu agent collection dan memastikan team mencapai Target.
Membuat acuan bekerja dari tim terkait supaya dapat bekerja secara optimal & efektif sehingga tujuan pencapaian target collection dapat terpenuhi
Melakukan koordinasi terhadap departement terkait lainnya, jika terdapat kendala dalam pencapaian target collection tsb

Basic qualifications:

Maksimal usia adalah 30 tahun
Minimal Pendidikan Diploma 3 jurusan Akuntansi/Finance dengan IPK 3.00.
Berorientasi pada hasil dan target.
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Team Leader Collection (Fintech P2P Lending/Perbankan dll).
Kemampuan menggunakan MS. Office (Word & Excel) & Power Point
Keterampilan komunikasi & interpersonal yang sangat baik.
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yang baik.

Negotiation with supplier based on buying price, promotion and other support from supplier
Looking for supplier to collaborate with Pasarnow
Analyze sales and margin to improve company profit
Negotiate terms of payment with supplier
Supporting operation to manage inventory in order to avoid out-of-stock and over-stock

Requirement:

Age max. 35 years old
Bachelor Degree from Agriculture, Industrial Engineering or related field with GPA 3.00
Have min. 1-2 years experience in related field
Strong analytical & numerical skills to work out the budget
Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environment and to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
Excellent communication skill and negotiation
Capability to work well as a team
Willing to be placed at Bandung, Jawa Barat
