We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the app "Cards Designer Pro" handles user data and permissions.
1) Data Collection
The app does NOT collect your personal information. However, to manage app licensing and prevent unauthorized sharing of activation keys, the app collects your device's unique Android ID. This identifier contains no personal data, cannot be used to track you outside the app, and is used solely for license verification.
2) Data Storage & Local Processing
All your card templates, imported data files (such as CSV or Excel files containing usernames and passwords), and exported PDF cards are processed and stored entirely locally on your device. The app does not upload your files, templates, or generated cards to any external servers.
3) Storage and File Access Permissions
The app requests file access permissions to:
- Read your selected data files (CSV, Excel, PDF) to batch-generate cards.
- Import and export template backup files.
- Save the generated PDF files to your device's storage.
This permission is strictly used for the core functionality of designing and exporting cards. We do not access or scan unrelated files on your device.
4) Photo Access (Gallery)
The app allows you to select images (such as backgrounds, logos, or QR overlays) from your device to use within your card designs. The app only accesses the specific images you select and does not upload them to any server.
5) Internet Access
The app requires internet access strictly for communicating with our licensing server to verify your activation code. All your design work and PDF generation are performed completely offline.
6) Data Sharing
We do not share your Android ID, files, templates, or any other data with third parties.
7) Security
We prioritize your security by ensuring that all data parsing and card generation are performed locally on your device. The app does not save, archive, or track any of your generated cards or imported data on any external servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
