一、資料的收集與使用
個人名片資料
您在使用本應用程式時，可能會輸入或上傳名片、聯絡資訊、群組標籤及備註等資料。這些資料僅存放於您的裝置或您授權的雲端服務（例如 iCloud）中，我們不會蒐集或傳送至我們的伺服器。
團隊協作功能的資料（3.0 版新增）
協作功能為選用功能。當您登入並「主動上傳」名片至協作區時，該名片的內容與影像將儲存於我們委託的雲端服務（Google Firebase，資料存放於亞洲區域），並且僅供該協作區的成員檢視。未上傳的個人名片不受影響，仍僅存放於您的裝置與 iCloud。
使用協作功能需以 Apple 或 Google 帳號登入。我們會自登入服務取得您的顯示名稱與電子郵件地址，用於在協作區中識別成員身分。您於協作區中自行設定的部門名稱，亦僅供該協作區成員檢視。
自動收集的資料
本應用程式可能使用第三方服務（例如 Google AdMob 廣告服務），這些服務可能會自動收集裝置資訊（如裝置型號、作業系統版本、使用時間、廣告識別碼等），用於分析或投放廣告。
相關服務會依其各自的隱私權政策進行資料處理。
二、資料的保護
除您主動上傳至協作區的資料外，我們不會將您的名片或聯絡資訊上傳至任何伺服器。
協作區資料在傳輸過程中以加密方式（TLS）保護，並透過伺服器端存取控制確保僅該協作區成員可存取。
所有敏感資訊（例如訂閱付款流程）均由 Apple App Store 平台處理，我們不會存取您的付款資訊。
我們採取合理措施保護您的資料，避免遺失、誤用或未經授權的存取。
三、第三方服務
本應用程式可能使用以下第三方服務：
Google Firebase（帳號驗證、雲端資料庫與檔案儲存，僅用於協作功能；Google LLC 提供）

四、您的權利
您可隨時刪除應用程式內的名片與聯絡人資料。
您可隨時刪除自己上傳至協作區的名片、離開協作區。
您可於 App 內刪除協作帳號（「協作」分頁 → 右上角帳號選單 → 刪除帳號）。刪除帳號後，您的帳號資料將被移除；您先前上傳至協作區的名片將保留供該協作區成員繼續使用，除非您於刪除帳號前先行刪除。
您可透過裝置設定管理廣告追蹤偏好。

CardNest (hereinafter referred to as "the App") respects and protects the privacy of all users. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal information. Please read the following carefully before using the App.
Data Collection and Use
Personal Card Data: When using the App, you may input or upload business cards, contact information, group tags, and notes. This data is stored exclusively on your device or in cloud services authorized by you (e.g., iCloud). We do not collect or transmit this data to our servers.
Team Collaboration Data (new in 3.0): Team features are optional. When you sign in and actively upload a card to a team space, its content and image are stored on our cloud service provider (Google Firebase, hosted in the Asia region) and are visible only to members of that team space. Cards you do not upload remain solely on your device and iCloud. Team features require signing in with Apple or Google; we receive your display name and email address from the sign-in provider to identify you to your teammates. The department name you set within a team space is likewise visible only to its members.
Automatically Collected Data: The App may use third-party services (such as Google AdMob) that automatically collect device information (e.g., device model, OS version, usage time, advertising identifiers) for analysis or advertising purposes. These services process data according to their respective privacy policies.
Data Protection
Apart from data you actively upload to a team space, we never upload your business cards or contact information to any server.
Team space data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected by server-side access controls so that only members of the team space can access it.
All sensitive information, such as subscription payment processing, is handled by the Apple App Store platform. We do not have access to your payment information.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
Third-Party Services
The App may utilize the following third-party services:
Google Firebase (authentication, cloud database, and file storage — used only for team features; provided by Google LLC)
Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In (authentication for team features)
Google AdMob (Advertising and Analytics)
Apple In-App Purchase (In-App Purchases)

Your Rights
You can delete your business card and contact data within the App at any time.
You can delete cards you uploaded to a team space and leave any team space at any time.
You can delete your team account within the App (Team tab → account menu → Delete account). After deletion, your account data is removed; cards you previously uploaded remain available to the team space unless you delete them first.
You can manage your ad tracking preferences through your device settings.

チーム共有機能のデータ（バージョン 3.0 新機能） チーム機能は任意の機能です。ユーザーがサインインし、名刺をチームスペースへ「自らアップロード」した場合に限り、その名刺の内容と画像は弊社が利用するクラウドサービス（Google Firebase、アジアリージョンに保存）に保存され、当該チームスペースのメンバーのみが閲覧できます。アップロードしていない個人の名刺は、引き続きデバイスと iCloud のみに保存されます。 チーム機能の利用には Apple または Google アカウントでのサインインが必要です。弊社はサインインサービスから表示名とメールアドレスを取得し、チームスペース内でのメンバー識別に使用します。チームスペース内で設定した部署名も、当該スペースのメンバーのみに表示されます。
自動的に収集されるデータ 本アプリは、分析や広告配信のためにサードパーティサービス（Google AdMob等）を使用する場合があります。これらのサービスは、デバイスモデル、OSバージョン、使用時間、広告識別子などのデバイス情報を自動的に収集することがあります。これらのデータ処理は、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従って行われます。
二、データの保護
ユーザーがチームスペースへ自らアップロードしたデータを除き、弊社が名刺や連絡先情報をサーバーにアップロードすることはありません。
チームスペースのデータは通信時に暗号化（TLS）され、サーバー側のアクセス制御により当該スペースのメンバーのみがアクセスできます。
サブスクリプション決済などの機密情報はすべて Apple App Store プラットフォームによって処理され、弊社がユーザーの決済情報にアクセスすることはありません。
弊社は、データの紛失、誤用、不正アクセスを防止するため、合理的な保護措置を講じています。
三、サードパーティサービス
本アプリでは以下のサードパーティサービスを利用する場合があります：

四、ユーザーの権利
ユーザーはいつでもアプリ内の名刺および連絡先データを削除できます。
ユーザーはいつでも、自らチームスペースへアップロードした名刺を削除し、チームスペースから退出できます。
ユーザーはアプリ内でチームアカウントを削除できます（「チーム」タブ → アカウントメニュー → アカウントを削除）。削除後、アカウントデータは消去されます。アップロード済みの名刺は、事前に削除しない限り、当該チームスペースに残ります。
ユーザーはデバイスの設定から広告トラッキングの好みを管理できます。
