Effective Date: May 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Kaal foundation ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Mindi - card game application ("Application") for Android devices.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your information is handled when you use our Application.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use the Application. The Application is a fully offline card game that does not require user registration.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services
While the Application itself does not directly collect personal data, we use third-party services that may automatically collect certain information from your device. Specifically, our Application uses **Google AdMob** (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares the following data types for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes:
- IP Address: Your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate the general (approximate) location of your device.
- User Product Interactions: Information about how you interact with the Application and advertisements, including app launches, taps, and video views.
- Diagnostic Information: Information related to the performance of the Application and the SDK, including app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage.
- Device and Account Identifiers: Android advertising (ad) ID, app set ID, and, if applicable, other identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device.
All data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.
The Application offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements permanently. This purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (such as credit card details). Google processes and manages all payment-related data in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.
2. How Your Information Is Used
We do not use your personal data directly. The third-party services integrated into our Application use the automatically collected data for the following purposes:
- Advertising: To serve advertisements within the Application, including personalized and non-personalized ads based on your preferences and settings.
- Analytics: To measure ad performance and understand how ads are performing within the Application.
- Fraud Prevention and Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and security threats.
- Diagnostics: To monitor Application performance, identify issues, and improve the user experience.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
However, information is automatically collected and shared with the following third-party service providers through their SDKs integrated in our Application:
- Google AdMob: For serving advertisements. [Google AdMob Terms](https://developers.google.com/admob/terms)
- Google Play Services: For core functionality. [Google Play Services Terms](https://policies.google.com/terms)
These third-party services may use the collected data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their privacy policies:
- Google Privacy Policy: [https://policies.google.com/privacy](https://policies.google.com/privacy)
- Google Technologies Privacy Guide: [https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites)
The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and other information to serve personalized advertisements based on your interests.
Your choices regarding ads:
- Opt out of personalized advertising: You can opt out of personalized ads by adjusting your device settings. On Android devices, go to Settings > Google > Ads and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (or equivalent setting on your device).
- Reset your advertising ID: You can reset your advertising identifier at any time through your device settings.
- Remove ads permanently: You can make a one-time in-app purchase within the Application to remove all advertisements permanently.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in certain countries within the European Union).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the Application or its third-party services, please contact us at help.kaal@gmail.com, and we will take steps to address the issue.
Since we do not directly collect personal data, we do not retain any personal information on our servers.
The data automatically collected by Google AdMob and Google Play Services is retained in accordance with Google's data retention policies. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information on their data retention practices.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information associated with the Application. All data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data collected by third-party services.
