I & S Software Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MauiCarDetails mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Our App is designed to provide vehicle diagnostics and specification information based on public government databases (data.gov.il).
- Vehicle License Plates: To retrieve vehicle data, you must enter a vehicle license plate number. This information is processed in real-time via public APIs to fetch vehicle technical specifications. We DO NOT store, log, or harvest these license plate numbers on our private servers.
- Personal Data: The App does not require user registration, and we do not collect personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App retrieves data directly from official and public government data structures in Israel. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or data accuracy of these third-party governmental data providers.
3. DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect data transmission within the App. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or mobile network is 100% secure.
4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

חברת I & S Software Solutions ("אנחנו", "שלנו" או "אנו") מפעילה את האפליקציה לנייד MauiCarDetails (להלן: "האפליקציה"). אנו מחויבים להגנה על הפרטיות שלך. מדיניות פרטיות זו מסבירה כיצד אנו מטפלים במידע ונתונים בעת השימוש שלך באפליקציה.
1. איסוף מידע והשימוש בו
האפליקציה שלנו נועדה לספק נתונים טכניים, מפרטי רכב ומערכות בטיחות המבוססים על מאגרי המידע הממשלתיים הפתוחים של מדינת ישראל (data.gov.il).
מספרי רישוי של כלי רכב: כדי לשלוף את נתוני הרכב, עליך להזין את מספר הרישוי של הרכב. מידע זה מעובד בזמן אמת (Real-time) מול ממשקי ה-API הציבוריים הרשמיים על מנת להציג את המפרט הטכני. אנו לא שומרים, לא מתעדים, ולא אוגרים את מספרי הרישוי הללו בשרתים הפרטיים שלנו בשום צורה שהיא.
מידע אישי: האפליקציה אינה דורשת הרשמה, יצירת חשבון או הזנת פרטים מזהים. אנו לא אוספים מידע אישי מזהה (PII) כגון שמך, כתובת הדואר האלקטרוני שלך, מספר הטלפון או מיקומך.
2. שירותי צד שלישי
האפליקציה מושכת נתונים באופן ישיר ממבני נתונים ציבוריים וממשלתיים רשמיים בישראל. איננו אחראים לנוהלי הפרטיות, אבטחת המידע או למידת הדיוק של הנתונים המסופקים על ידי ספקי נתונים ממשלתיים אלו (צד שלישי).
3. אבטחת נתונים
אנו מיישמים אמצעים טכנולוגיים סטנדרטיים המקובלים בתעשייה כדי להגן על העברת הנתונים בתוך האפליקציה. עם זאת, יש לקחת בחשבון שאף שיטה של העברת מידע באינטרנט או ברשת סלולרית אינה מאובטחת ב-100%.
4. פרטיות ילדים
האפליקציה שלנו אינה פונה לילדים מתחת לגיל 13. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מזהה מילדים.
