Caramel Crushers is operated by VIVEKRAO GOVINDARAO ANNA ("the Service Provider"). This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.
Delete your account inside the game
Open Caramel Crushers
Tap the @ button on the home screen
Tap Delete account
Confirm when asked
On iPhone and iPad you will be asked to sign in with Apple once more to confirm it is you. Nothing is deleted if you cancel.
Your account and its data are deleted immediately.
If you cannot access the game, or played without signing in
Email shubhamvivekrao315@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Caramel Crushers account", from the email address linked to your account where possible. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your sign-in account
Your saved game progress — levels completed, stars, scores, lives and boosters
Your coin balance
Your display name and, where it was provided at sign-in, your email address
What is kept, and for how long
Records of coin purchases are kept for up to 90 days after deletion and are then permanently erased. They exist solely to prevent the same purchase being credited twice. Once your account is deleted they are no longer connected to your name or email address.
Anonymous usage and crash statistics are not linked to your account and are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
