Topic. My girlfriend and I have been playing through a lot lately but having only one hard copy, I'm finding it annoying that her characters (as she plays player 1) have custom tuned parts, but when I tune parts for a character I'm playing, I don't get the benefit of them because I'm player 2. Is this a glitch or do I need to do some kind of workaround for that? Because paintjobs apply to both players, but tune-ups don't.

I've been a long time sim racer but have I have been pretty much solely an iRacer for the last 11 years or so. My buddy recently got into sim racing via the F1 2021 game. Now he is starting to build out a nice rig, too. We've been having fun playing the two-player career mode of F1 2021 but I'd like to find a game or sim with a better racing experience.

Any one have any thoughts other games that might be good for us to have two players race online against AI? Open to all sorts of racing styles, just want something that is a little more of a sim than the F1 series. We'd also eventually like to race against other people but the F1 series is really not great for online racing from what I've seen so far.

Hi. I have a racing game and I am using a pawn for my race car. I want to add more cars with different properties. Right now I have all my blueprints casting to that specific race car pawn Actor. How would one make a pawn selection from menu and how to properly set up communication from other blueprints to the current pawn in usage? Thanks

So, as the question suggests I'm trying to develop a racing game. Although, I need to create a system to keep track of what positions the Player and AI are in. Positions as in first place, second place, third place, etc.

At first I was going to use a system that was made by Jimmy Vegas in one of his tutorials for developing a racing game, but this system only works with two cars and an enclosed track/circuit. My game is an off road racing game, this means the track is open and the player will be able to make there own shortcuts and no walls will restrict the player's ability to roam the map. This renders Jimmy Vegas's system useless for my type of racing game. I tried to mess around with the code to find a way to still use his system, but I'm afraid it won't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

With passwords, we were always able to choose the same characters (or more importantly, the same two attributes) for both players. It would be great if we could still do that in this one. Maybe alternate character colors for the same character, similar to what happens in fighting games? It would improve the game even more.

High XP players will just have more experience with the tracks.
