Privacy Policy — Capywalk

Capywalk is a walking companion app. We care about your privacy and we keep things simple: we do not run any servers and we do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.
Data stored on your device All your data — step counts, collected watermelons, streaks, owned characters, your chosen name, and app settings — is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, this data is synced privately through your own Apple iCloud account (iCloud Key-Value Storage) so it survives reinstalling the app. We have no access to it.
Location With your permission, Capywalk uses your location to show your position on the map, draw walking routes, and display local weather. Your location is processed on your device and is shared only when you explicitly choose to share it (for example, sending a location to a friend). To show weather, your approximate coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com). To display the map, location-based tile requests are sent to our map provider (OpenFreeMap).
Motion & Health With your permission, Capywalk reads your step count and motion/activity data (via Apple's Core Motion and, optionally, HealthKit) to count steps and to detect when you are in a vehicle so it does not count those steps. This data stays on your device and is never uploaded to us.
Purchases In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment information.
Notifications Notifications are generated locally on your device. We do not use any push server.
No tracking We do not use analytics, advertising, or any third-party tracking SDKs.
Children Capywalk does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Deleting your data You can erase all app data at any time using the in-app reset option, or by deleting the app. iCloud data can be removed from your Apple ID's iCloud settings.

Capybara temalı bir yürüyüş arkadaşı uygulaması olan Capywalk, gizliliğinize önem verir ve işleri basit tutar: hiçbir sunucu çalıştırmıyoruz; kişisel verilerinizi toplamıyor, satmıyor veya paylaşmıyoruz.
Cihazınızda saklanan veriler: Adım sayıları, toplanan karpuzlar, seriler, sahip olunan karakterler, seçtiğiniz isim ve ayarlar yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. iCloud açıksa bu veriler kendi Apple iCloud hesabınız üzerinden (iCloud Key-Value depolama) gizlice senkronlanır; bizim erişimimiz yoktur.
Konum: İzninizle konumunuz; haritada konumunuzu göstermek, rota çizmek ve yerel hava durumunu sunmak için kullanılır. Konum cihazınızda işlenir ve yalnızca siz açıkça paylaşmayı seçtiğinizde (örn. bir arkadaşa konum göndermek) paylaşılır. Hava durumu için yaklaşık koordinatlarınız Open-Meteo'ya, harita için konum tabanlı istekler harita sağlayıcımıza (OpenFreeMap) gönderilir.
Hareket & Sağlık: İzninizle adım ve hareket/aktivite veriniz (Apple Core Motion ve isteğe bağlı HealthKit) adımları saymak ve araçta olduğunuzda adım saymamak için okunur. Bu veriler cihazınızda kalır, bize yüklenmez.
Satın almalar: Uygulama içi satın almalar tamamen Apple tarafından yürütülür; ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz.
Bildirimler: Bildirimler cihazınızda yerel olarak üretilir.
Takip yok: Analitik, reklam veya üçüncü taraf takip aracı kullanmıyoruz.
Çocuklar: Capywalk bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.
Verilerinizi silme: Uygulama içindeki sıfırlama seçeneğiyle veya uygulamayı silerek tüm verileri kaldırabilirsiniz.
