Interest

Visit CapturedByZoe.com, click “Book Here,” and fill out the Interest Form. This helps me get a sense of your needs and see if we’re a good fit.

Booking

I’ll email you a link to schedule your session. Once booked, you'll get access to your private client portal.

Preparing

In your portal, you’ll find:

•  Contract and registrations forms (please review and complete these no less than 24hrs prior to your session)

• Info on how to prepare

• Location details

Session Day

My studio is just inside the front door, so you’ll walk right into my beautiful, calm studio space. While sessions are baby led, they average around 2 hours.

Sneak Peek

You’ll receive a preview image within 48 hours to enjoy while I compile, edit, and polish your full gallery, which is typically ready within 3–4 weeks.

Gallery Completion

Once your full gallery is complete, I’ll upload it to your portal. You’ll be able to view, download, share, and print your high-resolution images. Galleries expire after 2 months (storage limits), so I recommend downloading and backing them up right away for safekeeping.

Prints & Albums

If you’d like to turn your images into prints or an album check, out the options for prints & albums I offer linked in the portal. I don’t charge for my design work, and everything is offered at cost using my CapturedByZoe discount.
