CaptionFlow is a topic-based caption and subtitle writing application. This Privacy Policy explains how CaptionFlow handles information when you use the app.

CaptionFlow does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal information or user data.
The topic text you enter and the captions generated by the app are processed locally on your device. They are not sent to our servers or to any third party.
CaptionFlow lets you enter a topic, choose a caption style and one of five languages, and generate a ready-to-copy caption. This processing takes place locally within the app.
When you tap the copy button, the generated caption is placed in your device's clipboard. Clipboard handling is managed by your device's operating system and any other app with clipboard access may be able to read content that you choose to copy. Please avoid copying sensitive personal information unless necessary.
CaptionFlow does not collect or use:
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account details;
Location information;
Photos, videos, audio recordings, microphone data, camera data, or files;
Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, contacts, messages, or browsing history;
Analytics, crash reporting, tracking technologies, or cookies; or
Payment information.
Because CaptionFlow does not collect or transmit user data, it does not share user data with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
CaptionFlow does not show advertisements and does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or data-collection SDKs.
Your topic text and generated captions remain on your device while you use the app. CaptionFlow does not maintain a remote database or user account system. You are responsible for protecting your device and any content that you copy to the clipboard or share outside the app.
CaptionFlow does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. Since the app does not collect personal data or require an account, there is no personal information for us to retain or delete.
You can stop using CaptionFlow at any time and uninstall it from your device. As CaptionFlow does not collect, store, or maintain user data on our servers, there is no account or server-side personal data to access, correct, or delete.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's features or data practices change. Any updated version will be published at the same privacy policy link with a revised effective date. If future versions of CaptionFlow add features that collect, transmit, or share data, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before those features are made available.
