The Captains Eye Application is designed as a tool for management and control

while protecting your information.

• We collect user information to create and maintain your user account.

• We collect interactions with our app for diagnostics and analysis.

• We store the system data in our secured cloud databases for enabling viewing recorded data, analysys and maintatince.

• We collect only data that is relevant to support our application. We don't collect any other information from your phone.

Captain's Eye is committed to the privacy and security of your information. We collect only the data needed to provide you a perfect user-experience and to give you the best benefits from our product. When we collect data, we believe it’s important for you to know what we are collecting and why we need it to support you as a user in our app. We are using AWS and Google cloud services. Here are some examples of the types of information we may collect and use.

When you enroll to our app, Captain's Eye uses information associated with your user account, including your name and email address, to create and enable your user account and its autorized capabilities.

In our app you have an option to upload images to our servers for entrance clearence using face recognition capability. We store those images only for your access and your purposes and us as administator of the system. We will not share them with any other entity.

Captain's Eye and its third-party live stream service provider will stream video from your cameras to your application without recording any data in the cloud.

We retain personal information associated with your membership for as long as you are enrolled in our app. Your account information is removed upon your request that your account be deleted.
