- **Automatically Collected Data:** We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, or physical address. We may collect anonymous analytics data (e.g., crash logs or app performance metrics) solely to improve the stability of the App.
- **Photos / Camera (If Applicable):** The App requests permission to access your device’s Photo Library strictly for the purpose of *saving* the AI-generated images you choose to download. We do not read, scan, upload, or modify your existing personal photos.
## 2. How We Collect Your Data
- Text Prompts are collected only when you explicitly type them into the text box and tap the "Generate" button.
- Photo Library access is only utilized when you explicitly tap the "Save" button to export a generated image to your device.
## 3. How We Use Your Data
The data we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- **Core Functionality:** To process your text Prompts and transform them into photorealistic cap and hat designs using Artificial Intelligence.
- **Service Improvement:** To deliver, maintain, and ensure the basic functionality and stability of the App.
We **do not** sell, rent, or use your data for targeted advertising or user profiling.
## 4. Who We Share Your Data With (Third-Party AI Services)
To provide our core AI image generation features, your **Text Prompts** are securely transmitted to the following third-party Artificial Intelligence providers:
- **OpenAI, LLC:** We send your raw text prompts to OpenAI's API to enhance and structure your prompt for better visual generation.
- **Replicate, Inc. (and Black Forest Labs):** The enhanced text prompt is sent to Replicate's API to render the actual high-resolution image of the cap/hat design.
**Important Data Sharing Disclosures:**
- **No Personal Data Sent:** We only send the exact text string (the design idea) you typed. We do not attach any device IDs, personal identifiers, or user profiles to these API requests.
- **Equal Protection:** We confirm that both OpenAI and Replicate provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. They are legally bound by strict data processing agreements.
- **No AI Training:** Data transmitted through these API endpoints is strictly used to return the requested image to you. Pursuant to their enterprise API policies, neither OpenAI nor Replicate uses your submitted prompts to train their public AI models.
## 5. Obtaining User Permission
Before any of your text prompts are transmitted to OpenAI or Replicate, the App requires your explicit consent. A data notice is displayed within the App informing you exactly what data will be sent and to whom. You must actively agree to this data transfer before you can generate any designs.
## 6. Data Retention and Security
- **Retention:** We do not store your text prompts or generated images on our own external servers. Once the image is returned to your device, the prompt data is discarded from our temporary processing pipeline. Generated images are saved locally on your device.
- **Security:** All transmissions between the App and our third-party AI providers (OpenAI and Replicate) are secured using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.
## 7. Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
