Term's and conditions

Responsibility for Loss or Damage:

 Cap_one_auto Industries shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the property of customers, employees, visitors, or any third party while on the premises of Cap_one_auto Industries. This includes but is not limited to, damage due to theft, vandalism, fire, natural disasters, accidents, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Insurance Coverage:

Cap_one_auto Industries may carry insurance coverage for its own assets, but this coverage does not extend to the property of customers, employees, visitors, or any third party. It is recommended that customers and visitors obtain their own insurance coverage for their property while on the premises of Cap_one_auto Industries.

Modification of Terms:

 Cap_one_auto Industries reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions regarding loss or damage to property at any time without prior notice. Customers, employees, and visitors are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically for changes.

Terms of service and repairs:

Any work done on a motorcycle by Cap_one_auto Industries will be held to a specific standard. Cap_one_auto Industries can not be held liable for the work that a customer has done before or after entering or leaving the premises of Cap_one_auto Industries. Cap_one_auto Industries can not be held responsible for  any work that has already been done and that has been altered or changed by a customer outside of the premises.

Acceptance of Terms:

By entering the premises of Cap_one_auto Industries, customers, employees, and visitors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions regarding loss or damage to property.
