Class Schedule & Guidelines
Class Guidelines
Please be aware of these guidelines to ensure ability to participate in the class:
If you have a health condition that is not severe but may be a liability in you participating please let the instructor know immediately before the start of class
Ages 5 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate
Be sure to drink plenty of water before class starts
May be a good idea to eat 1 hour before class to allow your body to digest well and be ready to move
I Suggest all to bring to class:
Bottle of water
Small towel
Attire is long pants, t-shirt and athletic shoes, gym shorts or calf leggings are ok
A Positive attitude

in the class schedule it will be noted here.
Friday August 9th at 7pm
Saturday August 17th at 4pm
Monday August 19th at 7pm
Monday August 26th at 7pm
