Southern Utah Fly Fishing 435-691-1857

Trout Fishing – In The Desert? I know it sounds crazy but Southern Utah’s Red Rock Country is the last “best kept secret” in fly fishing.

Clearwater Anglers is located in the small southern Utah town of Torrey. Torrey sits at the western edge of Capitol Reef National Park and is nestled between Fishlake National Forest and Thousand Lake Mountain to the north and Dixie National Forest and Boulder Mountain to the south.

Fishlake and Dixie National Forests have numerous lakes and streams that are loaded with fish just waiting for you to come and try your hand at landing a few of these beauties. The Fremont River also flows just minutes from Torrey Town, the Fremont is a spectacular brown trout fishery with the occasional rainbow thrown in. These are beautiful healthy fish with an average size of 15-16″ but 20″ plus fish also call the Fremont home – maybe you can become a member of the “21” club for fish 21 inches or more. Clearwater Anglers has 2 miles of private waters only minutes from town.
