Go to capitalone.com/activate  

Open the Capital One activation page in a secure browser.

Sign In  

Enter your Capital One username and password. If you’re new, select “Set Up Online Access” to create your account.

Enter Card Details  

Provide your card number, expiration date, and CVV (the 3-digit code on the back).

Verify Identity
