This session will introduce new initiatives for professionalising the ranger sector, focusing on the work of the Universal Ranger Support Alliance. It will introduce the principles of professionalisation for rangers and share new videos and other outputs from URSA that support professionalisation. The session will also demonstrate the Force for Nature App, specially developed for rangers.
