Visa Support

If you require an official invitation letter to support your visa application for travel to the UK, we are happy to provide one.

Please send the following information to Dr Ayden Lee: wenqianglong.li@ndcn.ox.ac.uk with the subject line “Visa Support Request”:

Required Information:

• Full name (as shown on your passport)

• Date of birth

• Nationality

• Passport number

• Affiliation and position (e.g. PhD student, researcher, professor)

• Full name of your institution/university

• Planned arrival and departure dates

• Presentation title (if applicable)

• Type of participation (e.g. presenter, attendee, invited speaker)

We recommend that you apply for your visa as early as possible, as processing times may vary depending on your country of residence.
