CANVA EDUCATION PANEL — SETUP GUIDE
1. OUTLOOK
• Log in to the provided Outlook account.
• Add your recovery email/phone if needed.
• Update recovery/2FA details after first login.
• If Canva asks for OTP, check Outlook and enter the code.
• Do not change the original email or main account information.
2. CANVA SETUP
• Open Canva in Incognito/Private Mode.
• Log in with the provided account.
• Go to Team Settings → Members → Invite Members.
• Invite your personal Canva email as Teacher/Co-Teacher.
• Accept the invitation and manage the panel from your account.
• Do not remove or replace the original account.
3. IMPORTANT RULES
• Do not change the team/panel name.
• Do not change the primary email or account details.
• Do not change the logo to your business logo.
• Do not add 500 members at once. Add gradually.
• Never share public invite links; invite by email.
• Avoid frequent IP, country, or VPN changes.
• Avoid making multiple major changes immediately.
4. LOGIN ISSUES
If Outlook shows a security/login error, try Edge, another device,
or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
5. SUPPORT & WARRANTY
If there is any issue, contact support before leaving negative
feedback or opening a dispute in public. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.
⚠️ Account security is not covered in warranty buyer have to himself add 2fa to account change password.
