Founded in 2025, Cantabile Care is a student-led organization initiated by Pomona College students, Eva Chen and Emily Kim, with the goal of performing at hospice homes to provide company and comfort to seniors. Members from the Claremont Colleges shall rehearse and prepare for monthly or bimonthly performances. Performers can choose to either prepare short solos or collaborate in small groups to perform chamber pieces.

Eligibility

Membership is open to any interested instrumentalists and vocalists from the Claremont Colleges who have experience with performing music. Students and/or faculty must come prepared to interact with hospice patients in a compassionate and respectful manner.
