This privacy policy applies to the Can't Sleep: Blue Light Filter app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Footprint.co.in (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial/Paid service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application is designed as a premium, privacy-first utility. The Service Provider does not collect, track, or harvest any personally identifiable information, IP addresses, or usage analytics when you download and use the Application.Â
The Application operates entirely offline for its core functions. It stores your display preferences (such as extra dimming levels, color filter settings, and Kelvin quick profiles) strictly locally on your device to provide the service. This information is completely private, is never uploaded to any external server, and is never shared with any third party.
Network Access for Localization
The Application requires basic network access strictly to download dynamic language localization files from secure servers (Cloudflare R2). This connection is used exclusively to fetch language text files to your device. Absolutely no user data, telemetry, or device identifiers are transmitted from your device to the Service Provider or Cloudflare during this process.
Third Party Access
Because the Application is a premium, ad-free tool, it does not utilize third-party advertising SDKs (such as Google AdMob) and does not share aggregated data for marketing purposes.
Please note that the Application relies on the standard Android operating system environment, which utilizes basic third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy regarding standard device operation:

Opt-Out Rights & Data Deletion
Because the Application does not transmit your data to external servers, you have full control over your information. You can permanently delete all locally stored preferences and data easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device.
Children
The Application is strictly intended for an adult audience (users aged 18 and over) seeking sleep management and wellness tools. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that a child has managed to transmit personal information to us via support channels, please contact us at support@footprint.co.in so that we can take appropriate action to delete it immediately.
Security
The Service Provider is deeply committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your device. We design our software to operate locally to eliminate the risks associated with data transmission. However, please be aware that no mobile device or operating system is 100% secure from local physical access.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use of the Application is considered approval of all changes.
