I am an Associate Professor in Information, Operations, and Management Sciences at TBS Education (Toulouse Business School). My current research focuses on investigating the impact of customers’ information acquisition strategies on operational systems and decision-making. My broad research interests lie in the areas of supply chain management, service systems, pricing, and the interface of operations and finance.

I received my Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Management from Koç University in 2017 and my B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University in 2011. Prior to joining Toulouse Business School, I worked at Ozyegin University as an Assistant Professor of Operations Management and at ESMT Berlin as a postdoctoral researcher.
