데이터 삭제 요청 방법 (Data deletion)

이 앱은 계정을 만들지 않고, 개발자가 운영하는 서버도 없습니다. 따라서 개발자가 보관하는 사용자 데이터가 없으며, 원격으로 삭제를 요청할 대상이 존재하지 않습니다. 모든 데이터는 기기 안에만 있고 사용자가 직접 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.
■ 삭제하는 방법
1. 앱을 실행하고 "기기 안의 데이터" 화면을 엽니다.
2. "Candy 톤 기억" 항목의 [기억 지우기] — 학습된 편집 취향 기록이 즉시 삭제됩니다.
3. "최근 편집과 recipe" 항목의 [작업 지우기] — 편집 레시피와 작업 중이던 앱 전용 사본이 즉시 삭제됩니다.
4. "비밀 앨범" 항목의 [보관함 열기] — 잠금을 해제한 뒤 항목을 선택해 삭제합니다.
5. 한 번에 전부 삭제하려면: Android 설정 → 애플리케이션 → Candy Camera → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제. 또는 앱을 제거하면 앱 전용 데이터가 모두 함께 삭제됩니다.

■ 보관 기간
· 위 데이터는 삭제를 실행하는 즉시 기기에서 제거되며, 추가 보관 기간이 없습니다.
· 개발자 서버에 사본이 존재하지 않으므로 서버 측 보관 기간도 없습니다.
· 사용자가 직접 갤러리에 저장했거나 다른 앱으로 공유한 사본은 그 위치에 남으며, 해당 앱이나 갤러리에서 따로 삭제해야 합니다.

1. 개발자가 수집하는 개인정보 — 없음
회원가입·로그인이 없습니다. 개발자는 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치·연락처를 수집하지 않고, 사용 기록이나 오류 보고를 수집하지 않습니다. 개발자가 운영하는 서버 자체가 없습니다.
2. 기기 안에서만 처리되는 정보
· 사진·영상 — 촬영과 편집에 사용합니다. 저장을 선택하면 기기 저장소에만 저장됩니다.
· 얼굴·인물 인식 결과 — 앱에 내장된 온디바이스 모델이 계산한 뒤 즉시 폐기합니다. 저장하거나 신원 식별에 사용하지 않으며, 생체 데이터베이스를 만들지 않습니다.
· 비밀 앨범 — 앱 전용 저장 영역에 암호화해 보관하고 기기 인증으로 잠급니다. 생체 정보는 안드로이드가 관리하며 앱은 성공·실패 결과만 받습니다.
· 편집 취향·앱 설정 — 기기 내부에만 기록되고 앱 삭제 시 함께 지워집니다.
3. 광고 — 표시하지 않음
이 버전은 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 광고를 요청하지 않고, 동의 화면도 표시하지 않으며, 광고 식별자를 읽지 않습니다.
다만 설치 화면의 권한 목록에는 아래 항목이 표시됩니다. 앱 패키지에 Google Mobile Ads 라이브러리가 아직 포함되어 있고 그 라이브러리가 이 권한들을 선언하기 때문입니다.
· 인터넷 / 네트워크 상태
· 광고 서비스 권한 (ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS)
이 권한들이 표시되더라도 앱은 이를 사용하지 않습니다. 광고 라이브러리는 초기화되지 않으며, 자동 초기화 구성요소(MobileAdsInitProvider)도 앱 매니페스트에서 제거했습니다. 또한 Android 광고 ID 권한(com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID)은 선언하지 않습니다.
앱 코드에는 네트워크 통신 기능이 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 이 방침 링크를 누르면 기기의 웹 브라우저가 열려 이 페이지를 표시하며, 그 요청은 앱이 아니라 브라우저가 보냅니다.
향후 광고를 도입할 경우 이 방침을 먼저 개정해 게시합니다.
4. 권한
· 카메라 (필수) — 사진·영상 촬영
· 알림 — 저장 완료 등 작업 알림
· 생체인증 — 비밀 앨범 잠금 해제
· 저장소 쓰기 — 안드로이드 9 이하에서 갤러리에 저장
· 오버레이 숨김 — 비밀 앨범 화면 엿보기 방지
· 포그라운드 서비스·절전 해제 — 긴 내보내기 작업이 중간에 중단되지 않도록 유지
· 인터넷·네트워크 상태·광고 서비스 — 위 3항 참조. 앱이 사용하지 않습니다.
위치·연락처·마이크·사진 읽기 권한은 요청하지 않습니다. 갤러리 접근은 시스템 사진 선택기를 거치며, 선택기는 사용자가 고른 사진에만 접근을 허용합니다.
5. 제3자 제공
개발자는 이용자 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 공유 기능으로 결과물을 내보내면 이용자가 직접 선택한 앱에 전달됩니다.
6. 보유·파기와 이용자의 권리
개발자가 보유하는 이용자 정보가 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터는 이용자가 직접 열람·삭제할 수 있고(위 "데이터 삭제 요청 방법" 참조), 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. 안드로이드 설정에서 권한을 개별적으로 철회할 수 있습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
개발자는 아동을 포함한 어떤 이용자로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

변경 시 이 페이지에 개정 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

How to delete your data

This app creates no accounts and the developer operates no server. The developer holds no user data, so there is nothing to request deletion of remotely. All data stays on your device and you can delete it yourself, immediately.
Steps
1. Open the app and go to the "On-device data" screen.
2. Under "Candy tone memory", tap [Clear memory] — learned editing preferences are deleted immediately.
3. Under "Recent edits and recipes", tap [Clear work] — editing recipes and in-progress app-private copies are deleted immediately.
4. Under "Private album", tap [Open vault], unlock, then select items to delete.
5. To delete everything at once: Android Settings → Apps → Candy Camera → Storage → Clear data. Uninstalling the app also removes all app-private data.

Data types deleted
· App-private copies of photos and videos created for editing
· Editing recipes and editing-preference (Candy tone) records
· Encrypted files kept in the private album
· App settings
Retention
· The data above is removed from the device the moment you delete it. There is no additional retention period.
· No copy exists on any developer server, so there is no server-side retention either.
· Copies you saved to the gallery or shared to other apps remain there and must be deleted in that app or gallery.

1. Information the developer collects — none
There is no account or sign-in. The developer does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location or contacts, and collects no usage analytics or crash reports. The developer operates no server.
2. Processed on your device only
· Photos and videos — used for capture and editing; saved to your device only if you choose to save.
· Face and person detection — computed by on-device models bundled with the app and discarded immediately. Never stored, never used to identify anyone, and no biometric database is created.
· Private album — encrypted in app-private storage and locked with device authentication. Android holds the biometric data; the app only receives a success or failure result.
· Editing preferences and settings — stored on the device and removed when you uninstall the app.
3. Advertising — none shown
This version shows no ads. It requests no ads, shows no consent form, and reads no advertising identifier.
The install-time permission list does include the following, because the Google Mobile Ads library is still packaged in the app and declares them:
· Internet / network state
· Ad services permissions (ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS)
The app does not use these permissions. The ad library is never initialized, and its automatic initialization component (MobileAdsInitProvider) has been removed from the app manifest. The app also does not declare the Android advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID).
The app code contains no network communication feature. Tapping the link to this policy opens your device's web browser, and that request is made by the browser, not by the app.
If advertising is introduced in a future version, this policy will be revised and republished first.
4. Permissions
· Camera (required) — taking photos and videos
· Notifications — telling you when saving completes
· Biometrics — unlocking the private album
· Storage write — saving to the gallery on Android 9 and below
· Hide overlays — preventing other apps from drawing over the private album
· Foreground service and wake lock — keeping long exports from being interrupted
· Internet, network state and ad services — see section 3. The app does not use them.
Location, contacts, microphone and photo-read permissions are never requested. Gallery access goes through the system photo picker, which grants access only to the items you select.
5. Third parties
The developer shares no user information with third parties. If you use the share feature, the result is passed to the app you choose.
6. Retention and your rights
The developer holds no user data. App data on your device can be viewed and deleted by you at any time (see "How to delete your data" above) and is removed when you uninstall the app. You may revoke any permission in Android settings.
7. Children's privacy
The developer collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
8. Changes
Any change will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
