In some cases, replacement of devices including mobile phones, laptops, washers, and dryers. You can cancel your protection package anytime for any reason and receive a prorated refund.
Cancellation by Phone
First, find the original receipts and your Protection Plan (GSP Plan) contract.
Then find your signed contract for the Protection Plan GSP Plan and your original receipt(s). Information such as your plan number, item number, store number, and date of purchase may be requested.
Your GSP Plan receipt will show your plan number where it says GSP.
