This topic is very specialized and academic in nature. Some audience may not be able to understand it well, but it is probably interesting to those who are learning the Japanese language and would like to know more about how the language developed. We're lucky that the language has been simplified!

自分たちのことを「うち」と呼んでいたりするのが、今時の若者っぽいですね。 優しめな味とか濃密とか、味に関する難しい言葉もたくさん使っていますね。
By using "uchi" to refer to themselves, they sound very much like young Japanese these days. They have used profound vocabulary to describe the different tastes of Japanese food.
人形劇というスタイルも面白いですし、商品を擬人化している着想もとても素晴らしいです！ 商品それぞれの性格も多様ですね。
It is interesting that the video was presented in the format of a puppet show. Personifying the items and applying different characters and traits to them was also quite a fascinating idea!

We Love Japanese people's Imagination
絵が面白いです。 鼻血やバナナは日本人にとっては当たり前な表現ですが、確かに現実と比べたら面白いですね。 こういうカナダ人の視点は日本人にとっても新鮮だと思います。
The drawings are very cute. Nosebleeds and slipping on banana peels are typical ways of presenting the said scenarios in Japanese culture, but true enough, they do not happen in real life. It is also refreshing for Japanese to see this through Canadians' perspective.

All three interviews were filmed in one shot and the participants must have practised a lot in order to achieve that with no mistakes. It was a good effort!

とても面白いところに注目しましたね。私もとても重い中二病にかかっている人が身近にいるので、笑ってしまいました。マンガも面白かったです。
It's a good technique to pause at the most interesting or funny parts to draw attention to them. I know people with this "chuunibyou" syndrome also, so it made me laugh! The drawings were also very cute.

「前回のあらすじ」から本編、そして「次回予告」まで、たった2分の間によくこれだけ濃い内容をまとめたと思います。日本のドラマをよく研究していますね。
The video is only about 2 minutes' long from the recap of the last episode, today's episode to the next episode, but there was a good amount of content included. The producers must have watched many Japanese dramas!
