I have read all sorts of things and followed a lot of links yet still can not download the vudutogo app. I have also looked in the mac app store. Can someone please help me find how to download this app so I can watch my movies offline.

Some of these apps make it easy to find videos you can download, the ones that don't will make you dig a little. Also, keep in mind you can't download any titles you want; you'll have to pick and choose from what these platforms make available. -- Disney Plus is the one exception where the entire catalog is up for grabs. Here's how to find and download shows and movies to watch online on the biggest streaming services.

All titles available for download will show you a download icon shaped like an arrow. Some shows you can download on Netflix are Riverdale, The Office, Supernatural and Stranger Things. Click the icon when you've found a show you want to watch offline. When you're ready to watch the show, it'll be in the Downloads tab.

YouTube allows you to download videos, but you must be a Premium member ($12 per month). If a video is downloadable, it'll have a red icon with a down-facing arrow. Click the icon to start downloading and select the video quality you prefer, which ranges from Low resolution (144p) to High (720p). Once the icon turns blue, it's fully downloaded and is ready to be viewed offline.

When you're ready to watch what you've saved, tap the Downloads icon (iOS) or My Stuff > Downloads (Android). Some shows you can download are Good Omens, Carnival Row and Fleabag (the Prime Originals videos we tried were all eligible for download).

Disney Plus doesn't launch until November 12, but it will let you download all of its shows and movies to watch offline, including the Marvel movies and Disney Pixar animated films. We'll update this section once we have more details.

You can now stream your favorite shows and movies offline with Hulu's new download feature. However, you must be subscribed to the no-ads plan and use an iPhone or iPad. Shows and movies that are available for download on Hulu will have an icon next to their titles. There's also a See What's Downloadable section where you can see the full list of movies and shows that are available for download.

Some of the popular shows you can download are The Handmaid's Tale, How I Met Your Mother and This is Us. After you've selected a show to watch, press the Download button. You've got the option to watch the video in Standard or High definition -- just tap the Downloads icon > Settings > and select your choice of video quality. When you're ready to view the show offline later, you can find them in the Downloads section.

With Suunto Vertical, we introduced the possibilty of downloading and using offline maps on your watch!

Maps are available worldwide, and they are free, but they are not loaded in the watch by default when you start using them. You can download the specific areas you are interested in using Suunto app.

To be able to download maps, you first need to connect your watch to a wireless network network

To do so, start by making sure that the \"Wireless network\" toggle in the watch (under \"settings => connectivity\" is turned on. Also, make sure that Airplane mode and Power saving are turned off.

Plug your watch to the usb charger - it will need to be connected to a power source and in range of wireless network throughout the wireless network connection and map download process.

Make sure your watch is paired to Suunto app, and that both Suunto app and the watch itself are updated to the latest version. Then, you can connect the watch to a wireless network network by tapping on the watch icon in Suunto app to open the watch tab, and going to \"wireless networks\". Tap on \"add network\" on the bottom, and select a network in range from the list that you can connect to. Enter the password and tap \"connect\" - your watch will connet to the network and is now ready to download maps.

Find the country where your chosen map area lies in the \"nearby\" section or from the general list, or use the search bar to look for it by name. Then select the specific area you are interested in. This will open the detailed page for that area: tap on \"download map for watch\" there, and your download will start. You can select multiple areas for download, and this will create a download queue that the watch will go through.

During download, the watch needs to stay plugged in and connected to wireless network. If everything works, in a few minutes the watch will tell you that your download is complete; if wireless network connection is interrupted, or the cable is disconnected, the download will be paused and the watch will inform you about it. There's no reason to worry though, the progress is not lost and download will resume automatically once the charging cable is connected again and wireless network is re-established.

You can download multiple map areas to the watch: you will find your downloaded maps in your Suunto app library: You can now use your maps with your Suunto watch either as a standalone navigation feature, or while recording a workout.

NOTE: Maps are downloaded via a direct connection of the watch to wireless network, not through your phone. As a consequence, there are some limitations:

7. Swipe down on the face of the watch, and confirm you see 4G or LTE and at least 2 bars of service.

If you see a *sideways triangle, your SIM is not activated properly or out of network coverage. If you see an exclamation mark*, your SIM is not inserted correctly; go to Step 4.

Thanks for the quick response. My normal DND goes until 5:00a, which works great on weekdays as I am usually up well before then. The maps seem to like to update at about 5:15a on Sat or Sun which just misses my DND and does a number on my ability to sleep in :)

It would be nice to have a "block app" like option. I do not find it critical to know that my offline maps have been updated.

The Google app on your mobile device has an option to control how offline maps are updated. Mine is set to update my maps (where I live and where I work) when I connect to WiFi. There is an option to toggle off auto-update in addition to the WiFi/Network download preference option. I literally just learned this thanks to e7andy's comment below.

I have a plane trip coming up so I wanted to download some videos to watch offline. I selected a video on my Dropbox account to be available Offline, and after it finished downloading I tested it by putting my phone into airplane mode and the video does not play offline. It says "No internet connection." It is in my list of Offline files, and it shows a little purple icon next to it showing that it was downloaded, so why can I not play it offline? ff782bc1db
