They returned saying it is complicated... they have a sellers account and a buyers account. The one they bought it on is on their ipad. They then said they can see it on their ipad but want to print out the instructions but they can't print from their ipad and when they try to get it on their desktop it says there is nothing in their purchase files ("even though I've purchased loads of things before"). They then go on to say that the only thing they can think of is to purchase it again using their desktop and would I then would I refund the original purchase.

I've had something similar happen the last two sales! I had one buyer saying they logged in as a guest and couldn't access the files, but when I told them to check their email receipt they said it worked.

Can You Download Etsy Files On Ipad

Download Zip 🔥 https://tiurll.com/2y3iqY 🔥

It does sound suspicious, especially if they are a seller claiming not being able to use the download function. You have already tried to help them by sending them Etsy download guide so i would refer them to Etsy support. I would not send them any files via email as if they dispute they never received it, as on Etsy it will show not downloaded they will get the file and a refund which is a scam.

I receive several messages each day from customers who are using iPads or phones to download my digital files. Responding with instructions and, often sending files through email, is taking from one to two hours of my time almost every day. Are there any plans to fix this issue?

There is no way to download purchased files from the Etsy App. That's usually what's happening when this has happened with my customers. To download files, they need to login via a browser. They can use their phone/tablet browser. Just not the Etsy shopping app.

Etsy app currently does not allow buyers to download files. It also doesn't allow buyers to view files sent via etsy messenger. A few weeks ago, I did have a conversation with etsy support about whether they plan on adding this feature to the etsy app, and I was informed it's on their to-do list as many sellers have requested it--of course, as we know, etsy likes to bring about things we don't actually need while neglecting the things we do.

With instant digital files, I know a lot of sellers state several times on their listing how to download via desktop not app. For made to order downloadable files, I have a saved message I send to buyers explaining that they will need to use a desktop to download or offer me an email address to send that way.

If you need to get the downloaded files from your desktop or laptop onto your mobile device, you can add the file to iCloud (or Dropbox, if you have it). You can also email the file to yourself from your desktop or laptop.

If you upload a zip file as the product on Etsy, the customer who buys that product will have access to everything in the zip file. So select only the files you want them to have access to and just zip those for that product.

Etsy allows you to upload up to 5 digital files (each with a limit of 20mb) in your product listings. For example, the file can be a printable planner, digital birthday card or a children learning workbook. We will go through the more examples later in this guide.

Etsy then will help deliver your file to your customers once they purchased the product listing. The files are delivered immediately to customers after purchase. Also, they will be able to go to their purchases afterwards and download the file without involving you. This greatly reduce the work needed on your part.

Some design platforms like Corjl and Templett can help you deliver editable templates to your customers. Those designs (like the text and colours) can be edited by customers before they download the files themselves. Examples include editable business cards and editable wedding invitations.

Etsy is a great platform to sell your digital downloads because they can handle the delivery of the products for you. Once you created the product, you can upload the file to Etsy when you create a product listing. You can upload many files type including PDF, JPG and zip, with a 20mb file size limit for each file.

Very Important: Please note, you cannot download files from the Etsy app. You can visit Etsy.com and sign into your account in your browser on your mobile device, click through from the Etsy email, or use a desktop browser.

Canva recently updated their platform so that only Canva Pro users can download their print files (PDF in CMYK). Unpaid users can only download their PDFs in RGB now. Do you have a suggestion on how to work around this? Unfortunately I already built a whole line of products in Canva and now I learned that the CMYK files will be blocked from my clients.

As you all know Etsy also offers digital items like PDFs, eBooks, and templates. These digital items are sold through the Etsy website and can be accessed by customers after they have made a purchase. The items are in a digital format, which means that they can be downloaded and used by customers immediately but how do download Etsy files?

If you want to download files using your iPhone, you need to visit the Etsy website in your iPhone browser, you can use safari or google chrome on your iPhone, you first need to open the Etsy website and then log in with your account details.

This will give you the ability to access your favorite Etsy items offline, as well as make it easy to print out any of the files you may need. Be sure to follow the steps correctly and enjoy all that Etsy has to offer!

Etsy takes care of distribution, but there are always customers who have trouble accessing the files, so other methods need to be considered. Guest customers tend to have the most trouble accessing their files.

In fact, selling digital downloads on Etsy tends to be much more lucrative. There are very few overheads. And unlike physical products, you only have to create digital files once, and you can sell them again and again without having to worry about inventory.

Also, with an Elements subscription, you get a commercial license for any templates you download and modify, so you can rest easy knowing that the templates you use from the platform will be fine to be used on your Etsy store product listings and also for promotional material via your social media profiles.

HELP... I am sick of dealing with this huge obstacle to my productivity and I finally have hit a wall. I have a pixma G7020... and I love everything about it except for a HUGE thing... the inability to automatically set the MAIN TRAY as the default tray to pull paper from NO MATTER WHAT. If something is printing, it should automatically pull from the main paper tray. But it won't. It defaults to REAR. EVERY TIME. I've altered tons of settings on and off...and it doesn't matter. EXAMPLES: I can't print from my phone because it wants to print from the rear tray EVERY SINGLE TIME and I have to manually overide it BY HAND on the actual printer (not a setting on the phone printer options) by touching OK on the actual printer control panel. So if I'm upstairs... I have to go downstairs, and then by that point, I may as well pull up the item on my computer, not the phone. But where it matters even more....This is a huge problem day to day with my business. If I print from ANY program (right now trying to print order invoices from Etsy).... the options panel that comes up from the print options in etsy... I set all the settings up...if I print to my $100 printer by Canon (the Ts6320)...it will print as it should. But if I change to my expensive workhorse...the 67020.... it doesn't matter. It defaults to the rear tray. There is NO option on the screen from within the print module in Chrome/Etsy that allows us to select which tray to pull from. And if I open up the printer options to override the program/browser printer options menu....then I lose all the other features like printing 4 orders per page, color vs b&W, certain page selection, etc. But every single printer I've owned (and it's been at least 10 in the course of my life...) the default tray would be the main paper tray. When something is 8.5x11 in size, then it should default to the MAIN tray. But nope. It defaults to REAR every single darn time. I can get it to stay to last printer settings when I'm printing from photoshop or silhouette studio ... indesign, etc... but if I print from the internet, like Etsy, or google, or google docs, concert tickets, a recipe....whatever... it sends to the REAR and then it beeps and says "no paper in rear tray." I tap OK... hoping that will mean "then use the main tray, dummy!!!" but no can do... it just beeps again. Rinse and repeat. ff782bc1db
