I left it on sleep mode last night, once i opened it up today it was turned off. I figured it lost battery which usually doesnt happen, but I turned it on and it shows a blinking screen that comes on and then turns black, over and over. the blinking screen shows "press esc key for startup menu".

Hi I am having the same issue. I have the Deco M4 installed and it has been working perfectly for the past few months. However, all of a sudden last week my laptop (wIndows 10) has no internet connection when connected to the Deco. Every other device works fine. Connecting to the wifi the deco is connected to also works fine (however I need Deco to extend the wifi to certain areas of the house)

@animeteme this happened to me but i am using M5. All the devices in the house connecting to 2 M5, one laptop suddenly show connected but no internet, a few hours later then happened to a second laptop.

Rebooted the Deco, restart laptop, flush DNS, problem persist.

After completing Bootstrap which shows during initial rest time. After completing this process we tried to download the Uploaded program so the other pictures attached further issues found at the time of downloading.

COM 4 is already set and Buadrate is 57600 set. I changed the Buadrate from 57600 to 19200 due to not communicating. Please see the attached pics.

For now I suggest you follow what Visilogic and the PLC are telling you to do. Also check what O/S the plc needs by looking at the program you uploaded and selecting Project Information. This will show you what Visilogic version it was created with. Note this carefully as this is the version you should be working with on your laptop, and using for all the PLC work. Later versions of Visilogic than the one used to first create a program can create issues. This is not a fault, it is the nature of continual improvements.
