CampusLearn ("we," "our," or "the app") is an educational app for Ethiopian freshman university students. This policy explains what information we collect and how it's used.
When you sign in with your Google account, we collect:
Your name and email address (from your Google account)
Your profile photo (if your Google account has one)
When you complete registration, we collect:
Your university or college name (entered by you)
Your chosen academic stream (Natural or Social Science)
While you use the app, we collect:
Your exam and practice question answers and scores, so you can track your own progress
A device identifier, used only to enforce our one-account-per-device policy (preventing a single paid account from being shared across many devices)
We use this information only to:
Operate your account and let you sign in
Show you exam and practice content
Track your personal progress and scores within the app
Enforce the one-device-per-account limit for paid accounts
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your information is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore Database and Firebase Authentication), a cloud service provided by Google.
CampusLearn uses:
Google Sign-In for authentication
Google Firebase for data storage and authentication
These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data on their platforms.
You can sign out of the app at any time from the Profile screen. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the information below.
CampusLearn is intended for university-level students and is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
