What do the camp fees cover?

• Camp T-shirts for youth participants.

• Camp neckerchiefs and camp woggles (neckerchief slides).

• Camp nametag.

• Morning and afternoon snacks

• Craft and activity supplies.

• Rental of Camp Capilano.

• Swimming.

• Lifeguard for swimming.

• Cost of special guests.

• Camp badges.

• Scouts Canada Personal Achievement Badges (PABs) that the Beaver Scouts will earn during the day camp.

Fees for the Camp LogJam 2023 Day Camp, August 28-September 1, 2023

Each member of Scouts Canada (aged 5-7 as of August 28)   ................................................................................................................   $ 175.00

Each non-member of Scouts Canada   (aged 5-7 as of August 28)   ......................................................................................................   $ 225.00

Late Registration/Payment fee (Registering or Paying after May 1, 2023)   ..............................................................................   add  $   50.00

Register early - there are only 40 spaces available at the Camp LogJam day camp.  Paid registrations accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Sorry - No registrations will be accepted after May 31, 2023 - FIRM

Note:  Any registations that are not paid within one week of the registration date are subject to cancellation.

Waiting List

Once the Camp LogJam day camp is fully subscribed, further registrations will be accepted and put onto a waiting list.  At this time, payment will not be required.

If there is a cancellation of a previously registered and paid participant, or a previously registered participant has not paid the camp fee, Registrants on the waiting list will be invited to make the payment for a place at Camp LogJam 2023.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance may be available for currently registered Scouting members.  To request No One Left Behind (NOLB) financial assistance, log into your account at www.myscouts.ca, and click on the "NOLB Fund Request" on the left side of the page.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided as follows upon written requests emailed to  camplogjam@telus.net:

On or before May 31, 2023  .........................................  Full amount paid less a $25.00 Administration Fee.

June 1 to June 30, 2023  ................................................  50% of amount paid, less a $25.00 Administration Fee.

On or after July 1, 2023  ................................................  No refunds.
