Three steps are necessary as we get to camp so we can ensure kids can participate in activities and adults can enjoy the experience with them:
1. Register your family for camp.
2. Complete the Live Oak online form in your Blackbaud account.
This form will be required for all children and is available online in your Blackbaud parent portal.

Download this form physical form and complete it for your family. You only need one form for all children. Please turn the signed form into Edie or Janeth at the front desk.
