We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App is designed primarily for capturing high-quality photos and videos, with features like zoom, filters, selfie modes, and professional tools. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App. Any data recovery or local operations are performed entirely on your device.
We do not collect any type of personal data from you through the App itself. All photos, videos, and related media you capture or edit stay on your device unless you choose to share them yourself.

This Privacy Policy applies to the HD Camera: Ultra HD Camera Android app available on Google Play. It describes our practices regarding information handling, permissions, third-party services, and your privacy rights. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
The App complies with applicable laws including Google Play Developer Program Policies (User Data and Data Safety), GDPR (for EU users), CCPA/CPRA (for California residents), and CalOPPA.
We do not collect any personal data from you. This includes no names, emails, phone numbers, device IDs, or other identifiers.
The App processes photos, videos, and media locally on your device only. Captured or edited content does not get uploaded to our servers or transmitted to us.
We may receive limited, non-personal information from third-party services (detailed below) such as crash reports or analytics, but this does not include personal identifiers from you.
In the Google Play Data Safety section, we declare: No data collected, no data shared.
Under GDPR, processing is limited to what is necessary for the App's core functions (Art. 6(1)(b) – contract performance, i.e., providing camera features you expect) and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) – e.g., app stability via crash reporting, serving ads to keep the free version available).
For location (if enabled), processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
The App requests only permissions essential for its features. You can manage or deny these via your device settings at any time.
Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): Required to access the device's camera for taking photos and recording videos – core App functionality.
Microphone (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO): Used only during video recording to capture audio. Not needed for photos.
Media Images (android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES) and Media Video (android.permission.READ_MEDIA_VIDEO): To access, view, and manage photos/videos stored on your device within the App.
External Storage (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – Android 12 and below only): For saving and reading captured media on older Android versions (newer versions use scoped storage).
Location – Coarse (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) and Fine (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): Only if you enable “Save Photo & Video Location” for geotagging media. Approximate or precise location added to media metadata. You can disable this feature anytime; the App works fully without it.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): To deliver app-related alerts (e.g., updates or reminders). You can disable notifications in settings.
Hardware features: Camera (android.hardware.camera), Microphone (android.hardware.microphone – optional for video), Autofocus (android.hardware.camera.autofocus – if available).
We never use these permissions for unrelated purposes.
All your photos, videos, edits, and media remain stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store them on our servers.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the App from unauthorized access or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The App shows ads (AdMob, AdX, Facebook/Meta) to support free use. Ads may use device info (e.g., IP, device type) for targeting.
Firebase Analytics helps improve the App by understanding usage patterns (non-personal).
We do not link this to personal data since none is collected.
The App does not use cookies (web technology). Third-party ad/analytics services may use similar identifiers (e.g., advertising IDs), controlled via device settings.
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no detailed processing of personal data by us. Third parties (ads/analytics) may process limited non-personal data per their policies.
Local media stays until you delete it. App data (e.g., settings) is removed upon uninstall.
To delete everything: Uninstall the App.
The App offers in-app purchases and paid subscriptions for premium features.
All payments and subscriptions are handled safely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or see your payment details (card info, passwords).
Subscriptions: Renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Manage/cancel via Google Play account settings. Premium access continues until the current period ends if canceled.
Purchase Information: Google may share limited, non-personal details (e.g., subscription status) with us to unlock features.
Refunds & Cancellations: Handled through Google Play per their rules.
Third-Party Sharing: We do not share purchase/subscription info except as required by Google.

We do not respond to Do Not Track signals as we do not track users across apps/sites in ways that require it.
Any limited data processed by third parties (e.g., Firebase, ads) may transfer to the US/other countries under their safeguards (e.g., Google standard clauses).

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
