In Ely 

The CPG Ely Patch has four three bedroom properties, all within close proximity to each other with the head office attached to our newest property. 

High Barns is a small community,so  working with the neighbourhood as a positive influence has contributed to overall collective feeling of confidence in safety,  knowing there are professional eyes on the area and someone to talk with. 

CPG residents are working towards resilience and independence, which is  promoted in support sessions. With no timescale expectancy on our clients, residents are able to make changes at their own pace. 

Job satisfaction comes from listening to residents when  they recognise how they have transformed by overcoming challenges. This self-recognition is an important psychological milestone to continue progressing towards the life they want to create.
