A craft market selling handmade goods created by kids!
On the surface, the Cambridge Mini Makers’ Market is a craft market selling handmade goods created by kids. But at its heart, the Market is a celebration of the creativity and talent of our local youth. The merchants at the Market are all local youth, ages 5-18 years old, sharing their crafts with the public.
The Market is organized by a group of parent volunteers, and supported by the Friends of Amigos. Direct all questions to cambridgeminimakers@gmail.com.
Participation is free!

The idea for the Cambridge Mini Makers’ Market was formed after the founder, Sara Dana, accompanied her daughter to similar children’s markets in Dedham and Hingham. Having already been wowed by her daughter’s creativity and talent, Sara was inspired by seeing so many children selling items made on their own to complete strangers. Watching the creative process of creation and fabrication of a product, development of a marketing strategy, interactions with the public, handling money and making change, handling electronic payments, and more, Sara was sold. The kids of Cambridge and Somerville deserve to have this opportunity too!
