We are awash in information and facts we've learned about the cosmos, but you'd likely be surprised at how much we don't know. This talk will address some of the biggest remaining questions in astronomy, including dark matter, dark energy, and whether there is more out there than our universe.
Dr. Wes Ryle has been the astronomer for the Cincinnati Observatory since May, 2024. He earned his PhD in Astronomy in 2008 and taught physics and astronomy at Thomas More University for 16 years while also serving as director of the campus observatory. His career has been focused on science outreach and education through youth camps, public lectures, and classes.
