PRIVACY POLICY

Camera Studio

Effective date: September 2, 2026

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DREAMEE STUDIO COMPANY LIMITED (“Dreamee Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Camera Studio iPhone and iPad app (the “App”).

Please read this Policy carefully. It is written to match the current production App: a wired USB camera source for OBS Studio, with optional Apple In-App Purchases. It does not describe features the App does not include, such as Wi-Fi streaming, user accounts, advertising, or a developer-operated cloud for your camera feed.

1. PRIVACY SUMMARY

Camera Studio is designed so that camera and microphone data are processed on your device and, if you connect a USB cable, delivered locally to a computer you control.

We do not require you to create an account with us.

We do not operate a cloud video service.

We do not upload your live camera or microphone feed to our servers.

We do not display third-party advertisements in the App.

We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.

Apple may process App Store, Apple ID, and purchase information when you download the App or buy Pro access.

2. WHO THIS POLICY COVERS

This Policy applies only to the iOS app named Camera Studio, published by DREAMEE STUDIO COMPANY LIMITED.

It does not apply to:

• OBS Studio or other software on your computer

• Streaming, recording, or conferencing platforms you choose

• Apple’s App Store, Apple ID, iCloud, or payment systems

• Websites you open outside the App, including this policy page itself once hosted by Google Sites

• Cables, hubs, capture cards, or computer drivers you use

OBS Studio is published by the OBS Project. We do not own, operate, or control OBS Studio, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the OBS Project.

3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not ask you to create an account with us.

We do not collect your name, postal address, government identification, or payment card number.

We do not access your Photo Library, Contacts, Calendar, Health, HomeKit, files, or precise location for the App’s camera-source features.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not use advertising identifiers to track you across apps and websites.

We do not embed a third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting SDK in the current production App.

4. CAMERA AND MICROPHONE

When you start the camera, the App accesses the device camera to show a live preview and to provide a live video signal that can be used as a USB camera source.

If you enable audio capture, the App accesses the microphone so sound can be included in that live session. Microphone access is optional. You can mute audio in the App.

Camera and microphone signals are used only to provide the App’s live camera-source function. We do not use them to build advertising profiles. We do not keep a permanent video or audio library in the App for later upload to us.

If your device is connected to a computer with a genuine Lightning or USB-C cable, the live signal may be delivered locally over USB to that computer. OBS Studio or other software you run on that computer may then preview, record, or stream the signal. That local transfer is started by you. We do not receive a copy of the feed on our servers.

You can allow, deny, or later change Camera and Microphone access in iOS Settings. If you deny camera access, the live camera source cannot start. If you deny microphone access, video may still work without App-captured audio.

5. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

The App may store a limited amount of information locally on your device so it can function, including:

• Camera session preferences, such as selected camera and control state for the current session

• A flag that you completed the in-app Get Started flow

• A local record of In-App Purchase product identifiers after Apple confirms a successful purchase or restore

This information stays on the device unless you delete the App, erase the device, or, for purchase status, restore or lose access through your Apple ID. We do not sync this local data to a developer-operated cloud account.

Deleting and reinstalling the App removes this local App data. Eligible Apple purchases can usually be restored with the same Apple ID using Restore Purchases.

6. PURCHASES AND APPLE

If you buy a subscription or a lifetime unlock, Apple processes the transaction through StoreKit and your Apple ID.

Apple may collect identifiers, device information, payment information, and purchase history as described in Apple’s Privacy Policy:

https://www.apple.com/privacy/

We receive from Apple only what is needed to unlock Pro features, such as product identifiers, transaction status, and entitlement state. We do not receive your full credit card number.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings, or at:

https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple:

https://reportaproblem.apple.com

7. SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS

If you email contact.dreameestudio@proton.me, or use Contact in Settings to open Mail with a prefilled message, we receive:

• The email address you use

• The subject and content of your message

• Any attachments you include

• Technical details you or the App include, such as app name, version, build, device model identifier, and operating system version

We use that information only to respond to your request, diagnose issues, and improve the App.

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or live recordings unless they are necessary to resolve your request.

We keep support email only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and keep a support record, then delete it when it is no longer required.

8. DIAGNOSTICS AND APP STORE INFORMATION

The App may write diagnostic messages on the device. Production use does not send those messages to our servers.

Apple may collect crash reports, performance metrics, and App Store analytics if you have allowed Apple to share that information with developers. We may review Apple-provided or aggregated reports to fix bugs and understand stability. That collection is controlled by your Apple ID and device analytics settings, not by a separate tracker in the App.

9. DEVICE PERMISSIONS

Camera

Required to provide the live video source and on-device preview. Used only while you run a camera session that you start.

Microphone

Optional. Used only if you enable audio capture for the live session.

Network

Used to load App Store product information, complete or restore In-App Purchases, and open support, privacy, or terms pages if you choose to view them.

The App does not request Photo Library, Contacts, Location, Tracking (App Tracking Transparency), Bluetooth, or Motion permission for its core camera-source features.

10. THIRD PARTIES

Apple Inc.

App Store distribution, In-App Purchase, StoreKit, optional App Store analytics and crash reports, and system services. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Your computer and OBS Studio

If you connect over USB, your live camera and optional microphone signal may be received by software on your computer. Those tools may record, transcode, or stream the signal to destinations you choose. Their privacy practices are not controlled by us.

Streaming or recording platforms

If you publish a stream or recording from OBS Studio or another tool, that destination’s privacy policy applies to the content you publish.

Email and web hosts

If you contact us, your message is carried by your email provider and ours. If you open Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or Support links, those pages are hosted by the site operator (currently Google Sites) under that operator’s terms.

11. WHY WE PROCESS INFORMATION

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we process information as follows:

Contract

To provide the App you requested, including the live camera session and any Pro features you purchase.

Legitimate interests

To respond to support requests, maintain security, and improve reliability, in ways that do not override your rights.

Consent

For optional permissions such as microphone access, which you can withdraw in iOS Settings.

Legal obligation

If we must keep or disclose information to comply with law, a lawful request, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.

12. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You can deny or revoke camera and microphone permission in iOS Settings.

You can restore or manage purchases through Apple.

You can delete the App to remove local App data from that device.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information, to object to certain processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Because we collect very little personal information, some rights may apply mainly to support email you send us.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may contact us to exercise GDPR or UK GDPR rights.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To make a privacy request, email contact.dreameestudio@proton.me with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need the email address you used so we can locate your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

13. CHILDREN

Camera Studio is a production camera tool. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information, such as by sending support email, contact contact.dreameestudio@proton.me and we will delete it.

If you allow a minor to use the device camera, you are responsible for supervising that use and for complying with consent and recording laws that apply to you.

14. RETENTION

Live camera and microphone buffers are transient. They exist to display preview and to send the current session to your computer. They are not kept by us as a cloud archive.

Local purchase flags and the Get Started flag remain until you delete the App or the stored values are cleared.

Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and maintain a support record. We may retain information longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.

15. SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a local camera app, including iOS sandboxing, system permission prompts, and Apple’s purchase infrastructure.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Protect your device with a passcode or biometric lock, keep iOS updated, use a genuine cable, and control who can see the computer that receives the camera feed. A live camera can expose whatever is in front of the lens.

16. INTERNATIONAL USE

The App is offered through the App Store in regions Apple supports. Support email may be accessed from the country where we operate.

If you contact us from another country, your message may be processed in a country that may not have the same data protection laws as your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for that limited transfer.

17. DO NOT TRACK, SALE, AND ADVERTISING

The App does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because it is a native camera app, not a website.

We do not engage in cross-app tracking for advertising.

We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

18. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s practices change. The current Policy is the version published at this page and linked from the App.

If we introduce new collection of personal information that is material, we will update this Policy before that collection begins. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
