The last three months have been a time of hard work and much blessing.
We would like to give you a brief update of these months.
First BAPTISM
In the month of April, we held our first baptism as a church, among them many young people between the ages of 14 and 16. It was beautiful to see the faith and love for Jesus that each one of them has and how they wanted to publicly declare to the world that they have decided to follow Christ.
Guest pastors
In these three months we have been blessed to receive several guest pastors from Chile, Peru, USA and they have been a great encouragement to us and to the church. They have been teaching the Word of God faithfully and spending time as a family in Christ.
Answer to the prayers of your church
Since we planted the church, we have been praying for the provision to be able to build a roof, since our church did not have one, in the rainy season it was very difficult because we had to suspend the meetings due to the rain. God in a miraculous way answered our prayer, providing the materials to have a roof. It was a great challenge to build it, but God gave us the wisdom to do it, the men of the church helped me with much of the work and we were able to finish it, also the guys from the Koinonia School of Missions arrived just in time to place the sheets and finish it, Glory to God for his perfect work. Now we have a more beautiful and comfortable church.
Preaching the Word of God faithfully
God has ministered our hearts these last days, to remain FAITHFULLY committed to the expository teaching of God's Word. Every Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday we are teaching the bible verse by verse chapter by chapter and we have seen lives transformed through expository preaching, God gave a strong conviction in my heart to continue in FAITHFULLY until the end.
Raising Young People for Christ
These four young men from our church are praying and considering going to Bible college after finishing high school. I have been discipling them for a few years, today they are on fire for the Lord, everywhere they go they are preaching the gospel to all their friends and family, God has transformed their lives, help me to pray for them.
New stage
We are very excited for this new stage, God has blessed us a lot with this stage of being parents. We had been praying for some years that God would guide us at the right time to have our first child and we just found out that it is going to be a boy, his name is going to be Nathanael.
PRAYER REQUESTS
Pray that God will continue to open doors for us to continue ministering to the people of the Buenos Aires community.
Pray for God's provision to be able to continue ministering in the place where we are located.
Pray for the young people of the church, that they may continue to focus on entering the Bible school.
Pray for me and my wife and the new stage of being parents.
