Calculator+ (Android package: master.app.photo.vault.calculator) is provided by Green Water ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, disclose, retain, and delete information when you use the app and its related account and cloud services.

1. PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND LOCAL STORAGE
Calculator+ accesses the photos and videos you select or authorize it to access so you can import, view, organize, export, share, and delete your media. You can also take a photo using your device's camera app and import it into the vault.
Vault media is stored in the app's private storage. Related information may include file names, types, sizes, dates, dimensions, durations, thumbnails, checksums, album associations, and backup or deletion status. Importing a file does not remove the original from your gallery unless you choose to delete it after import.
Media content remains on your device unless you use a feature that transfers it, such as cloud backup, sharing, export, or a feedback attachment. This does not mean that all app data stays on your device: device registration, account services, advertising, and analytics can involve the transfers described below.
We do not use the contents of your private photos or videos for advertising or analytics, and we do not sell your private media.
2. ACCOUNT, DEVICE, AND VAULT INFORMATION
If you sign in with Google, we process a Google ID token to authenticate you. Account information may include your account identifier, email address, display name, profile image URL, session token, membership status, and synchronization state. We do not receive your Google account password. Google operates its sign-in service under its own privacy policy.
Local vault features can be used without Google sign-in. Account-based features, including cloud services and restoring account entitlements, may require sign-in.
During device registration and account synchronization, the app sends an app-specific device identifier, device manufacturer and model, account identifier when available, vault PIN, and media count to our backend over HTTPS. Device registration is separate from uploading photos or videos and can use an empty account identifier when you are not signed in.
We use these records to associate devices and vault settings with our services and support account and synchronization functions. Your vault PIN is therefore not exclusively stored on your device. We do not use vault credentials for advertising or to infer personal characteristics.
We also process app and operating-system versions, language, configuration, network status, timestamps, and synchronization information as needed to operate and troubleshoot the service. Our servers and service providers may process IP addresses and request logs when your device connects to them.
3. CLOUD BACKUP AND SYNCHRONIZATION
When you use cloud backup or synchronization, the app sends the relevant media, thumbnails, and associated metadata to our backend and cloud storage providers. Account and device identifiers associate these records with your account and support backup, restoration, and synchronization across devices.
Cloud storage is separate from local vault storage. Uninstalling the app or clearing local data does not delete your account or cloud backups. Section 8 explains how to request their deletion.
4. PURCHASES, FEEDBACK, AND SUPPORT
Google Play processes payments for purchases made through Google Play Billing. We process product identifiers, purchase tokens, purchase or subscription status, entitlement information, and related transaction metadata to verify purchases, provide paid features, prevent fraud, and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
If you send feedback or contact support, we receive your message, contact information you provide, and images you choose to attach. In-app feedback may also include your app-specific device identifier, account identifier if signed in, app version, and diagnostic context. We use this information to respond and investigate problems.
5. ADVERTISING, ANALYTICS, AND GOOGLE SERVICES
The app integrates:
- Google AdMob for advertising and ad measurement;
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising consent and privacy choices;
- Google Analytics for Firebase for app usage and feature analytics;
- Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and diagnostics;
- Firebase Remote Config for app configuration;
- Google Sign-In and Google Play services for authentication; and
- Google Play Billing for purchases.
Depending on the service, configuration, your region, and your choices, these services may process app-instance identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device and operating-system information, app and ad interactions, crash traces, diagnostics, approximate location inferred from IP address, and consent signals. Analytics and diagnostics help us understand feature use, improve reliability, and investigate errors. Advertising data supports ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization when permitted and consented to where required.
The free version may display ads. Where applicable, the UMP consent message lets you review advertising purposes and participating providers and make consent choices. You can revisit these choices through "Manage ad privacy" in settings when that option is available, or contact us for help.
Refusing personalized advertising does not necessarily remove ads or stop all data processing. Non-personalized or limited ads may still involve information needed for delivery, security, fraud prevention, and measurement, subject to applicable consent requirements. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
We do not sell personal information for money. Disclosure of advertising identifiers and activity data for personalized advertising may constitute "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" under some privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out through available advertising privacy controls or contact us to exercise your rights. These practices do not include using your private media content or vault PIN for advertising.

6. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
We process information to provide requested features; authenticate accounts; register devices; back up, restore, and synchronize media; verify purchases; respond to support requests; maintain security; diagnose errors; understand app usage; provide advertising; and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of our agreement with you for requested services, consent for processing that requires it, legitimate interests such as service security and improvement where those interests are not overridden by your rights, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent or object to processing as described in Section 10.
7. WHO RECEIVES INFORMATION
We disclose information to the following categories of recipients as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Hosting, backend, and cloud storage providers that operate infrastructure and process account records, requests, and backed-up media for us.
- Google and participating advertising providers for the services described in Section 5. Advertising providers and their purposes are identified in the applicable consent forms.
- Services or people you choose when you export, share, or otherwise direct a transfer of your content.
- Authorities or other parties when necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, address fraud or security incidents, or protect legal rights.
- A successor operator if the service is transferred through a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, subject to applicable privacy obligations and required notice.
We do not make vault media publicly available as part of the service or authorize infrastructure providers to use it for their own advertising. Third-party destinations you choose for exported or shared copies handle those copies under their own policies.
8. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION
Request account deletion
To request deletion of your Calculator+ account and associated server data, visit:

Follow the instructions on that page. If you cannot use it or need help, email greenwateralways@gmail.com with the subject "Calculator+ Account Deletion." Send the request from the email address associated with your account, or include that address in your message. We may verify that you are authorized to make the request. Do not send your Google password or vault PIN by email.
An account deletion request covers the account and associated personal data in our services, including cloud-backed photos and videos, thumbnails, album and synchronization metadata, and associated device and vault settings. We also request deletion by service providers where applicable. Merely disabling an account is not a substitute for deletion.
We handle verified requests without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law. If an extension or limited retention is necessary, we explain the reason and applicable timeframe in our response. We may retain limited records needed for legal or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, or legal claims. Retained information is limited to those purposes. Residual backup copies may remain until their normal expiration or overwrite, with access restricted in the meantime.
Other retention and deletion choices
- Local files and settings remain until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app, subject to device storage behavior. Remove local copies separately if you no longer want them. Account deletion does not erase copies you have exported or shared.
- Account records and cloud media are retained while needed to provide your account and requested cloud features, unless you request deletion or retention is otherwise no longer necessary.
- Purchase records are retained as needed for entitlements, accounting, fraud prevention, and applicable legal obligations.
- Support messages, logs, analytics, and crash reports are retained for the periods needed for support, security, diagnostics, and service improvement, subject to provider retention settings and applicable law.
Retention depends on the data category, purpose, account status, applicable obligations, and whether information remains identifiable. Contact us for retention information relevant to your account or to request deletion of specific personal data without deleting the entire account.
Uninstalling Calculator+ does not automatically delete your cloud account or backed-up data. Deleting your Calculator+ account does not delete your Google account. Manage any Google Play subscription separately in Google Play; do not assume that account deletion cancels billing.
9. SECURITY AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Data sent between the app and our backend uses HTTPS. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. A passcode-protected vault and HTTPS do not guarantee complete security or mean that all stored data is end-to-end encrypted. Keep your device, Google account, and vault PIN secure.
We and our service providers may process information outside your country of residence, where data-protection laws may differ. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those transfers must use an applicable lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about transfers relevant to your data. Google's privacy documentation explains its international processing practices.
10. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
You can manage photo and video access through Android permissions, choose whether to sign in or use cloud features, delete local media, and use available advertising privacy controls. Revoking permissions may prevent related features from working and does not automatically delete information already transferred.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or legally defined sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; or appeal a denied request. You may also complain to your local privacy or data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, email greenwateralways@gmail.com with enough information to identify your request and account, if applicable. We may verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful refusal or exception and available appeal process. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
For residents of U.S. states with applicable privacy laws, the information categories, sources, purposes, recipient categories, and retention criteria are described above. Sources include you, your device, your use of the service, and Google services. Advertising-related sale or sharing and opt-out choices are described in Section 5. We do not use private media or vault credentials to infer characteristics about you, and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16 for targeted advertising.
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Calculator+ is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age where applicable. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact greenwateralways@gmail.com so we can investigate and delete it where required.
12. CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or seek consent when required by law.
