CalmSense is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mental wellness application.
We collect only the minimal data necessary for app functionality, such as:
Game progress and achievements
Pet customization preferences
Basic usage statistics stored locally on the device
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (such as name, email, or location) without your explicit consent. The app does not require user registration or login.
If you choose to share articles or content from within the app using your device's share function, this is entirely user-initiated. CalmSense does not collect, store, or transmit this content.

We do not share any personal information with third parties except where required by law or to protect our legal rights. Anonymous, aggregated data may be used to analyze and improve the app.

CalmSense is not specifically designed for children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that information has been inadvertently collected from a child, it will be promptly deleted.

CalmSense offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features.
When you purchase a premium subscription:
Payment processing is handled entirely by the app store provider (e.g., Google Play).
CalmSense does not collect, store, or have access to your payment details (such as credit card numbers or billing information).
We may receive limited, non-personal subscription status information (such as active/inactive subscription) solely to enable premium features within the app.
Subscriptions are managed by the user through their app store account. CalmSense cannot modify, cancel, or refund subscriptions directly.

CalmSense is designed for personal mental wellness and relaxation. You may use the app for its intended purpose in compliance with applicable laws.
You may not:
Use the app for unlawful purposes
Reverse engineer or tamper with the app
Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
All content, designs, features, and functionality within CalmSense are owned by us and protected under copyright and trademark law.
CalmSense is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to CalmSense at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
Certain features of CalmSense are available only through a paid premium subscription. These features are optional and not required to use the core functionality of the app.
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan selected).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Pricing and renewal terms are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their app store account settings.
Refunds are subject to the app store provider’s policies. CalmSense does not guarantee refunds and does not process them directly.
Premium features do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Purchasing a premium subscription does not guarantee emotional, psychological, or mental health outcomes.
CalmSense includes optional advertisements to support our free mental wellness mission. All ads comply with Google Play’s content standards and are suitable for a general audience.
Users can optionally watch short advertisements to earn in-app pet coins. Watching ads is voluntary. No personal information is collected or shared with advertisers.
All ads must comply with Google Play policies and CalmSense’s internal guidelines. We review ad providers to ensure suitability.
Ad networks may collect anonymous usage data (such as device type or session length) to improve ad relevance. This data is not linked to your identity and is not stored by us.
You can disable personalized ads via your device’s ad settings. Opting out will not affect app functionality.
