Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a service?

Open the app, tap "Book" in the bottom menu, select a service category, choose the specific service you need, and describe your project. Paul will review your request and confirm the appointment with an estimate.

How do I check the status of my request?

Tap "My Requests" in the bottom menu to see all your current and past service requests, including confirmation status and estimates.

What if I don't see the service I need?

No problem! Just book the closest matching service and describe what you actually need in the request details. Or call Paul directly at 928-235-6548 to discuss your project.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Go to "My Requests," open the booking you'd like to change, and send a message to Paul through the in-app chat. You can also call or email to make changes.

Is the app free?

Yes. The Call Paul app is completely free to download and use. You only pay for the handyman services you book.

What areas do you serve?

Rim Country Home Services serves Payson, Pine, Strawberry, Star Valley, Tonto Village, and the surrounding Rim Country communities in Arizona.

Privacy

The Call Paul app collects only the information needed to process your service requests, including your name, contact details, and project descriptions. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our handyman services.
