Varsha Patel ("we", "us", "our") built SantaCall ("App") as an entertainment app for families. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App and how it is used.

1. INFORMATION YOU ENTER (STORED ON YOUR DEVICE ONLY)

• Child's name (used so Santa can greet your child)

• Gift wishlist items

• Custom personalized messages

• Good Deeds progress (stars and streaks)

• Scheduled call times, language preference and app settings

This information is stored locally on your device. We do not upload it to our servers, and we do not collect, see or share it. You can delete it at any time by deleting the App.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect limited information:

a) Google AdMob (advertising)

Used to show ads in the free version. AdMob may collect device information, IP address, approximate location (derived from the IP address) and ad interaction data. Where required (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent through Google's consent form, and you can change your choice at any time with "Ad Privacy Options" in Settings. We do not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and we do not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).

b) Google Firebase (analytics and app stability)

Used to understand how the App is used and to improve performance. Firebase may collect anonymous usage data, device type, OS version, app version and crash information. Ad personalization signals and ad storage in Firebase Analytics are disabled.

c) Apple App Store (purchases)

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment details. We only receive confirmation of whether a subscription is active.

3. DEVICE PERMISSIONS

• Photos (add only): used only to save your personalized Santa video to your Photos library. We cannot read or view your existing photos.

• Notifications: used only to deliver the scheduled "Santa is calling" alerts you set. These are local notifications created on your device.

You can turn off these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for families, and parents should supervise its use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The child's name and other entries stay on the device and are never sent to us. Purchases, external links and settings are protected by a parental gate. If you believe a child's personal information has been sent to us, contact us and we will delete it.

5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• To provide and personalize the App's features

• To show ads in the free version

• To analyze usage, fix crashes and improve the App

• To verify subscription status

We do not sell your personal information.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Data stored on the device stays there until you delete the App. Data collected by third parties is kept according to their own policies.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent. Because we do not keep personal data on our servers, most requests can be handled by deleting the App or through "Ad Privacy Options". For anything else, contact us.

8. SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
