Submissões

• Comunicação oral (15 minutos de apresentação + 5 minutos de discussão).

• Póster.

• Oral presentation (15 minutes of presentation + 5 minutes of discussion).

• Poster.

• Os autores deverão ser alunos inscritos nos 2º e 3º ciclos de cursos da FLUL, não sendo permitidas propostas em coautoria com orientadores dos projetos de dissertação ou doutoramento em curso.

• Cada autor/coautor pode submeter um único resumo. 

• O ficheiro PDF não deve conter qualquer elemento de identificação do autor/coautor, tais como nome, afiliação, ou outra informação que possa identificá-lo. Caso o autor seja citado no texto ou nas referências, o seu nome deve ser substituído por “XXX”.  

• As propostas devem indicar a modalidade a que são submetidas e não podem exceder uma página, não incluídos os anexos e as referências, devendo observar a seguinte formatação: margens de 2,54cm, fonte Times New Roman 12pt, justificado e com espaçamento simples, num máximo de 500 palavras (incluído o título e excluídas as referências). 

• As propostas devem incluir um título, 5 palavras-chave e referências. 

• O título deve constar do topo da página, centralizado e a negrito. 

• As referências devem seguir o formato APA 7 ed. 

• Os resumos podem ser escritos em português ou inglês. 

• Os resumos devem ser submetidos entre 01/03/2026 e 15/04/2026, por meio da plataforma Easyabs, acedendo-se ao seguinte link: https://easyabs.linguistlist.org/conference/CALLing-FLUL/

• Authors must be students enrolled in the second and third cycles of study at FLUL. Co-authored submissions with supervisors of ongoing master’s dissertations or doctoral projects will not be accepted. 

• Each author/co-author may submit a single abstract. 

• The PDF file must not contain any identifying elements of the author/co-author, such as name, affiliation, or any other information that could identify them. If the author is cited in the text or in the references, their name must be replaced by “XXX”. 

• Abstracts must indicate the category of submission and may not exceed one page, excluding appendices and references, with 2.54 cm margins, Times New Roman 12 pt, justified, and single-spaced, maximum of 500 words (including title and excluding references). 

• Proposals must include a title, 5 key words and references. 

• The title must appear at the top of the page, centered and in bold. 

• References must follow the APA 7th edition format. 

• Abstracts may be written in Portuguese or English. 

• Abstracts must be submitted from March 1st, 2026 to April 15th, 2026 via the Easyabs platform by accessing the following link: https://easyabs.linguistlist.org/conference/CALLing-FLUL/

Os resumos serão avaliados pelos membros da Comissão Científica, constituída por doutorados com especialidade nos variados domínios abrangidos pelo CALLing-FLUL, atendendo aos seguintes critérios:

• Enquadramento teórico;

• Exequibilidade no tempo disponilizado para a apresentação (comunicações orais); 

• Adequação metodológica;

• Relevância e originalidade;

• Clareza; 

• Qualidade argumentativa; 

• Relevância das referências.  

The abstracts will be evaluated by the members of the Scientific Committee, composed of PhD holders with expertise in the various fields covered by CALLing-FLUL, according to the following criteria:

• Theoretical framework;

• Feasibility within the time allocated for the presentation (oral communications);

• Methodological appropriateness;

• Relevance and originality;

• Clarity;

• Quality of the argumentation;

• Relevance of the references.
