This Privacy Policy explains how Caller App : Screen, Blocker ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal data is handled securely.
To provide the core functionality of identifying callers, blocking spam, and managing your phonebook, our app requires specific sensitive permissions. We collect and process data locally on your device:
Contacts (READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS): We access your contact list to display caller names, manage your phonebook, and allow you to make calls directly from the app.
Call Logs (READ_CALL_LOG, WRITE_CALL_LOG): We require access to your call history to display your recent calls, identify unknown incoming numbers, and allow you to delete or modify call records within the app.
Phone State & Calling (READ_PHONE_STATE, CALL_PHONE, ANSWER_PHONE_CALLS): These are required to detect incoming and outgoing calls, identify the number calling you in real-time, and automatically reject calls from numbers on your blocklist.
Default Dialer Functionality: If you set our app as your default phone handler, we process your calling data to act as your primary interface for making and receiving calls.
The data accessed by the app is used strictly for the following purposes:
Providing real-time Caller ID for incoming and outgoing calls.
Filtering, identifying, and blocking spam, scam, or blocklisted numbers.
Displaying and managing your call history and contact list.
Facilitating the core functions of a dialer application.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data, contacts, or call logs with third parties. Your call logs and contact lists are processed locally on your device. We do not upload your personal phonebook to public servers to make them searchable by others.
We implement standard security measures to protect your data. Since your contact and call log data is stored locally on your device, it remains under your control. If you uninstall the app, all associated app data is removed.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and publishing the revised version.

By downloading or using Caller App : Screen, Blocker ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.
By accessing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on an Android device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
Use the App to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or infringe upon the rights of others.
While we strive to provide accurate Caller ID and effective spam blocking, we do not guarantee that the App will identify 100% of unknown numbers or block all spam calls. The spam database relies on community reporting and algorithmic identification, which may occasionally result in false positives or missed spam numbers.
The App relies on third-party services (such as Google Play Services) which have their own Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer, our affiliates, or our team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to missed important calls due to the blocklist feature or errors in caller identification.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice to you.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
