Access network state: detect if users have network connection
Read conctacts: display contacts from users' sim cards and phones
Call phone: allow the app initiate a phone call when users select this option
Read phone state: detect incoming call, if the number of the person that initiate the phone call is listed in the blacklist, then the call will be terminated immediately
Under no circumstance the app will transfer any part of your contacts on phone or a SIM card to anywhere outside of your phone
