The Calendar app is designed to work entirely offline. We do not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal information to our servers or third parties. All data stays on your device and is fully under your control.
The app only uses the information you enter for calendar functionality. All data is stored locally on your device.
Calendar Data
The app stores:
Event titles and descriptions
Dates, times, and reminders
Locations
Event types and recurring patterns
This information is saved only in your device’s local storage and never leaves the device.
Contact Information (Optional)
If you enable birthday or anniversary features, the app may read:
Contact names
Birthdays
Anniversaries
This data is used only for displaying reminders and is not uploaded or shared.
App Preferences
Settings such as themes, notifications, and language choices are stored locally to customize your experience.
Holiday Calendars
Holiday data is included within the app and does not require internet access.
Your data is used only inside the app for:
Showing calendar events
Sending reminders
Organizing and managing events
Syncing with calendars already on your device
No data is collected for analytics, advertising, or tracking.
The app stores data using:
Local database (SQLite)
SharedPreferences
Internal storage
If your device has Android Auto Backup enabled, system-level backups of app data may be saved to your Google account. This process is managed by Google, not by us.
We do not share your data with anyone. The app does not use:

Third-party servers
Tracking tools
You may choose to export or share your data using your device’s share options. This is always initiated by you.
The app uses the following permissions:
Read Calendar – Show your existing events
Write Calendar – Add, edit, or delete events
Vibrate – Provide vibration alerts for reminders
Receive Boot Completed – Restore reminders after your device restarts
Wake Lock – Keep the device awake long enough to trigger alarms
Write External Storage (Android 9 and below) – Export .ics files
The app does not request internet permission.
The app does not use any third-party services that collect data.
Open-source libraries used (AndroidX, Room, Glide, Joda-Time, Lottie) run only on the device and do not send data anywhere.
Your data stays on your device and is protected by:
Android’s built-in encryption
App sandboxing
Local storage only
Because there is no network use, your information cannot be intercepted or shared.
You can:
View and manage all events
Edit or delete any data
Export your calendar as an .ics file
Clear all app data from device settings
Uninstall the app to remove all stored information
The app does not collect any information from children. All data remains on the device. The app is safe for users of all ages with parental guidance.
We may update this policy over time. Changes will be shown by updating the date above.
